    Seating changes for Ricoh Return

Just beat me to it CCFC. Bit of a shame, as I'd have hoped to resume sitting near to the people I got to know (a little, not enough to exchange contact details, I am British after all....) on match days over recent years. On the other hand, if it does help the atmosphere, then it'll be worth it.

    ntfc contract

Given the lost ticket revenue, the lost sponsorship, the legal fees and of course that nice Mr Appleton's costs any commitment to Northampton will be lost in the roundings.

    Not good News

It appears that SISU are very much a one trick pony in their approach to negotiation. "Play hardball", "batter the other side" etc etc. that's fine if you win, but that seems to be less and less likely as the days go by. Will there come a point at which they see the need to build some...

Bobby Gould wants to meet Joy

BG came into the club when the vast majority of players had been allowed to run down their contracts and decided to depart - largely in protest at the removal of Dave Sexton. He had a limited time and a limited budget to bring in the bulk of a new squad. According to every pundit that...

Can't say I disagree with any of that NW. My comment was very much in response to Ian's. The other side of the story? Personally I'd prefer it if no Cov fans attended Sixfields, but as far as I'm concerned, it is for each person to do what they believe is right.

    Ryan Haynes

Still a young lad. I remember his debut at the Ricoh, when he was so nervous that he threw up on the pitch. Then saw him at Shrewsbury last season when he struggled a bit. On the evidence of last night, he's come on massively from those games and if he carries on like that he should make a...

    29th April 1967 City v Wolves

It might have have been a panto Otis. We lived out of Coventry and every March my "little sister" got taken to a panto in Cov for her birthday. This enabled Dad to take to me to the match :), so the pantos definitely ran for a good while in those days (this was early 70's).
