Are We The Worst Club To Support In History?

If you're talking about this country, I think you might need to look at that maths seeing as around 15% of them are there currently... To the OP, worst in the FL, yes. But as others have mentioned, it's worse if you're a Stockport, Grimsby, Maidstone etc fan.

Club’s owners “not prepared to take on the risk” of sharing the Ricoh

To paraphrase a great man, I've learned that supporting CCFC is one crushing defeat after another until you just wish Fisher was dead.

Back then he wasn't brilliant , but in this current team .........

Jon Stead. Had a great game today in one of the greatest ever FA Cup upsets. Scored a cracking goal and made all three others in the perfect target-man performance. I'd take him over all of the strikers in our squad-and I would have said that before his exploits today, too. This thread is...

    How's about some ratings folks

I have to agree. Sure, it is possible to give a great display and be incredibly unlucky to be held to a 0-0 draw. I wasn't there, but gather from reports and match stats that it wasn't one of those. I'd expect maybe 1 or 2 8's for stunning individual performances tops, the rest 5's and 6's. But...

    How's about some ratings folks

Now to be fair, I've thought for some time that a Flock and Flinch midfield combination could be the answer :)

    New stadium no further forward

Actually, with the liquidation and "more interested in results on the pitch" comments-not to mention her cold, formal use of "Fisher", I think I've warmed to her quite a bit after reading that!

    SKY BLUE to become HORNETS

Coventry Dodo's. Sounds like the Cov manager likes rather than loathes Wasps judging by his interview on CWR. Tbf, we probably have got more reason to hate them than the rugby club!

    Sky Blues Player

They've done it just to wind you up, Nick. It's not as good as the coverage of a Warwickshire cricket match a couple of seasons back; they wrapped it up at the close of play but forgot to turn the mic off. So we had some bloke chuntering on about stuff like the traffic and various other small...

Well, Jones kept a clean sheet on debut, so we can't slag him off too much yet!

Chris Dunn keeping a clean sheet against Man U and Dimi playing out of his skin in the Championship...what's the opposite of schadenfreude?

Ditto Gary Borrowdale. EDIT: he now plays for Greenwich Borough at the age of 29.

Dare I say Chris Dunn?!? He's had a bit of a blinder against Man U tonight.

Look what happens to players we thought were crap after they leave us... But yes, he has a good reputation within the game and was rated as a decent prospect as a youngster at Everton. I think he's certainly better than Alsop was when we signed him.

Agreed, best thread in ages. And Kilcline was a legend, the perfect dirty-work foil for Peake. He gave Swindon a real kick up the arse when he joined them near the end of his career too, my mate at Uni was a Swindon fan and loved him. I might have to boot up my emulator based City save on...
