    Progressing his Career?

Have to disagree about the 'better than we have had for 15 years' as Norwich were in our league in only 2010

    Progressing his Career?

Comments about James Maddison such as 'progressing his career with Norwich' and 'didn't want to deny the player a chance to play in the premier league' etc lets get another sensible angle - Norwich fan base is no bigger than Coventry and is not a bigger club- Norwich more than likely will be...

    Kent possibly coming back ??

Klopp needs to move some players out and i would imagine that kent and a few more will be leaving- i personally think kent will be back at Cov by next week with a hefty sell-on clause as there is no point leaving a lad of his talent rotting in Liverpool under 21 as it makes more sense to let...

    Pitch Last Saturday

The pitch at the ricoh looks fine in general except i feel the under-soil heating was not turned on last weekend and seem to be rock hard with are normally sharp players struggling to judge the bounce of the ball =- i am surprised mowbray never mentioned this

    Pitch Last Saturday

i thought the pitch looks very hard and the ball was all over the place - watched the villa match after our game and although rugby is not played on that pitch obviously the under-soil heating was on and the ball ran true

    Pitch Last Saturday

Not sure if anyone has mentioned as i haven't been on the site for a bit, but it did not seem that the under ground heating was turned on last weekend as the ball was like a hot potato - Same for both sides but Coventry passing game did not suit the conditions and Burtons long ball game seems it did

    Blair Adams

He must look in the mirror and think what has gone wrong with his career - thought he was a class player with us and looked a player of the future for Sunderland first team - now on loan with Mansfield as cannot get in a poor Notts County team

This date transfer deadline day never bothered me before but feeling nervous when i see that the club are still interested in another midfielder George Moncur - Are we looking at a late bid for Maddison or even the lively Fleck

    Pre-season

Do not think the results mean anything but what is disturbing the quality of the opposition we have faced as been pretty poor in terms of league standings - Wigan who we play on Saturday started off playing mediocre teams and then increased the quality of the opposition- however see below...

Mowbray wants to bring back Proschwitz permanently...

Signed for Hull city for £2,600,000 in 2012 - must have something - His goal ratio when he settles down at clubs is quite high - needs to have a good run in the team, be encouraged by a manager that rates him and you just never know - The £20,000 a week pay salary he was on at hull will have...

Why Pressley will never make it as a manager

Think the jury has to be out on Pressley - Although many have made there mind up with the numerous threads telling us how bad he was- Some fans including myself think that working under the circumstances that he did (sixfields ) a 10 point deduction and producing a decent competitive team- then...

    Ernie Hannigan RIP

WA soccer is paying tribute to one of its own following the death this week of colourful Scotsman Ernie Hannigan. The 72-year-old Glaswegian - a big mate of former Manchester United manager Sir Alex Ferguson - died on Thursday following a battle with cancer. WA-BASED LYONS NAMED EVERTON 'GIANT'...

    Pressley not to blame

Surprised nobody had mentioned the write up in the telegraph about the fans in general did not blame SP for the poor season

    Season ticket sales.

Will only re-new if given confidence we are staying at the Ricoh long term - managers come and go and TM looks promising but if does well will be touted no doubt by bigger clubs - we need stability not only on the pitch but also off it

    2015 Pre Season

only a guess but mow-bray will bring his own team lock stock and barrel and he has already said -It’s not a contract discussion, it’s an infrastructure, foundation discussion' - cannot see hardly any of the present coaches being part of the future
