    Breaking news

The Current directors list is a free download at companies house. The misconception that Delieu, Igwe & Brody were coming back is another instance of unjustified SISU hysteria that I wish we could get away from. Otium Current Appointments Number of current appointments: 3 SECRETARY...

@alunthorne: "Got a cracking Sky Blues exclusive for tomorrows Teleraph"

Ok, yes in my first post I did say "CCFC started the development of the stadium, the council stole it off us in the first place!" It is true, the whole development was initially started by CCFC. "Stole" was perhaps a little strong but the council have "railroaded" it, have they not? They jumped...

@alunthorne: "Got a cracking Sky Blues exclusive for tomorrows Teleraph"

I have not claimed anything, nor said anyone is a victim. The figures are taken from the report to cabinet on 27 June 2006. :pimp:

@alunthorne: "Got a cracking Sky Blues exclusive for tomorrows Teleraph"

Well, maybe not.... but if the club was 100% fan owned and they were paying the wages, costs and losses.... what would you be saying then? :pimp:

@alunthorne: "Got a cracking Sky Blues exclusive for tomorrows Teleraph"

The development was started by CCFC who could not find the resources to complete it. The council took it over. I am not sure who originally purchased the site but it was certainly a planning problem for the council, a gasworks with contaminated land. It cost £24m and needed £17m to be spent on...

Oh sugar, if this happens it is really bad news. Its the council who are responsible for the structure of the Ricoh ownership and how CCFC are in that! Or out of it! god bless them! :pimp: :

Petition To check legality of CCFC purchase to the FL

Maybe I missed some earlier posting! How many other owners in the English league aren't in it for the money? :pimp:

Petition To check legality of CCFC purchase to the FL

Yes good points Swiss, but SISU have never made any pretense that they were a charity. Their reason for being involved is for money! My referrence to 1p in every 5p was in relation to the direct sales that people are contemplating withholding on ticket sales and merchandise. That is where...

Petition To check legality of CCFC purchase to the FL

Thank you Swiss, at least we are remaining courteous and polite even if in disagreement. I respect that everyone is entitled to their own opinion. but I would maintain that my observations are based on facts not opinion. I do not accept that any of us are in a position to call SISU liars...

Petition To check legality of CCFC purchase to the FL

I am not a WUM it is my true opinion. SISU's action was perfectly legal and certainly no worse than ACL pigheadedly trying to enforce the terms of an un-affordable lease signed by previous owners. If We are non-league in a couple of seasons it won't be due to SISU breaking an un-affordable...

No, its not really down to that at all! I was just being cute! It's just because you didn't cheer loud enough! or buy enough pies! :pimp:

Petition To check legality of CCFC purchase to the FL

Sorry but I think you will find that the lease clauses determine whether the lease is broken by entering administration. I have not seen the lease clauses but the actions of all concerned leave little doubt that the lease is ended already! That was the whole object of the exercise! :pimp:

Petition To check legality of CCFC purchase to the FL

I have to admit that despite the groundswell of opinion to the contrary, I feel relatively comfortable with their actions. I am more than happy that we are now free of the original lease which was un-affordable. If you are saying by where they've got us - do you mean our league position...

Petition To check legality of CCFC purchase to the FL

We will probably end up with 10000 signing this petition. Will that prove how wrong SISU are? or how wrong the 10000 are? :pimp:

I will still support the club next season regardless

Sorry if my reply was unclear, I was answering two separate points you made in your earlier response. one with a comment - about SISUS credit rating, the link was for the other point - about spending on the team.. :pimp:

SISU have never been short of money, they just shut off the tap when they needed to! http://www.coventrytelegraph.net/sport/football/football-news/coventry-city-steven-pressley-aims-4312700 :pimp:
