One side would have had you believe ACL was a thriving business. The other would have you convinced ACL was on the verge of collapse.
I would suggest the truth lies somewhere between those two versions - although neither side is very likely to publicly admit that in the near future.
Derek Richardson says he's not interested in the land around the stadium.

Everything seems to be dealt with through written statements these days. Makes it more difficult to challenge.
Lessons learnt from mistakes of past spokesmen perhaps...
Of course, I'll keep digging on all the relevant issues. As always!

Yeah, I got a message about this. I was away last week, but did reply.
Best way would be to draft something and send to [email protected]

Contradictory statements are surely no longer a surprise to you in this fiasco?

Thanks guys. We are aware.
We're very limited as to what we can report once people are charged. Strict contempt laws govern what we can report. I'm sure more detail will emerge in court.

Hey, I'm not saying I've never got a steer on here! Deleted member 5849 pointed me in the direction of something the other day and I acknowledged it. It would be a bit silly to ignore potential stories from any source wouldn't it?
To be fair, we first got the email about this from Mike on November 17. I wrote the story on Nov 20. It's just taken us a while to get up because we were waiting for a pic from Mike.
I disagree that it's a non-story. I think it's a talking point - and it seems to be drawing in a fair few readers this morning.
I understand his point. Fans were sold the bricks on the basis that they were helping to build the home of Coventry City. Some feel it's no longer the club's home...
Certainly not Mr Ranson. Maybe we will find out more about what went on behind the scenes in time, but the message I am getting at this moment is that Derek Richardson led the charge on this personally and financially.
