How culpable is the Football League ?

Absolutely Grendel. So why is the Administrator trying to prove otherwise ? This is my point -- it is not in his remit. Disputing ownership is an entirely separate matter and down to SISU to prove otherwise in a separate legal challenge.

How culpable is the Football League ?

It seems to me that the Football League isn't helping matters ? Surely, it has it's own historical records of the ownership of the Golden Share ? Why is it dragging it's feet ? All it has to do is say " xxx owns the Golden Share" -- end of. It is then up up SISU to prove otherwise - and it...

There is no reason for any delay in sorting this mess out.

The Football League has the right to allocate the Golden Share to whom it thinks fit -- so why all the protracted arguments about who owns it ? It matters not ! I can see no reason why Mr Appleton is wasting time searching for it or attempting to find out who owns it. The Football League does !

    email the club

I think as many of us possible - like the petition spread the word for everyone, including other clubs supporters - email the club as follows: For the attention of Tim Fisher 1. It should be obvious to you that the majority of supporters will not follow the club if based outside Coventry. 2...

    Open message to sisu

Dear Mr Fisher Are you thick ? I reckon 90% of supporters do not trust SISU, dio not like SISU, do not believe a word that SISU spouts, want SISU to sell up and **** off and have nothing to do with our club. I believe if you continue and insist on maintaining ownership of our club then you...

    Paul Appleton (without prejudice)

In my opinion this is done and dusted --- the Football League claim CCFC Ltd has the Golden Share. The onus should now be on SISU to prove it isn't, not Paul Appleton ! Grrrrrr !

    Paul Appleton (without prejudice)

Have to be careful how I ask this question due to libel but, in your opinion does any one feel that Paul Appleton is either: Incompetent Biased Ignorant of Administering a Football Club in Administration Not putting enough pressure on the Football League to establish the whereabouts of the...

    Players Registrations..

Players registrations are actually with the Football League, SISU as far as I am aware only have the player's employment contracts ?
  10. Voice_of_Reason

Surely the Golden Share is now with the Football League ?

Then why did the Football League deduct 10 points if they don't know where the Golden Share is ?
  11. Voice_of_Reason

Surely the Golden Share is now with the Football League ?

My understanding is that when a club enters administration the golden share is taken back by the Football League (as it's theirs anyway) and the the Football League decides who to allocate it to ?

The Petition: Will it be presented to Court -- or what happens to it ?

With the paper votes, the votes are now around 9,000 -- this CANNOT be ignored by the Football League or Paul Appleton. What will the Telegraph do with petition ? I want to know !
  13. Voice_of_Reason

    Petition now 6,000

Petition.. a way to boost number of signatures !

Can somebody with more IT knowledge than me put the link on Pompey, AFC Wimbledon, Saints and Sheff Wed forums ? If any of the above had asked me to sign a similar petition for their club I would not hesitate to do so. Why ? Because football clubs should play in the city or town where they...

Petition.. a way to boost number of signatures !

Could someone please put the petition link on the Southampton and Sheff Weds forums asking for their support ? I would put the link myself, but I don't know how to do it. Both Saints and Sheff Wed fans have considerable affinity with the Sky Blues and a friendly towards us and I'm sure loads...
