I agree -- Holdings accounts "SHOULD" show assets and any other business from CCFC Ltd.. Is this why accounts have not been submitted ?

The answer is "no" -- overdue. Last filed 2011 (2012 and 2013 overdue)

The question is "have CCFC Holdings Ltd accounts been submitted ?"

Without Prejudice:- Appleton has failed to address many of the questions raised and, in my opinion, has "ducked" the obvious ones. For example, failing to get a satisfactory answer re the transfer of assets in 2012, failing to take account that accounts have not been filed (a criminal offence)...
