Sure I heard once he got done for fraud whilst working for Barclays? (may not be true)
 
Did he not get sent down again last year? I'm sure someone said he been put away again???

I thoroughly enjoyed the boat trip. The only pain in the arse was the 40 minute queue at the bar. Great atmosphere .
 
I was thinking more, Martin Freeman. One, because he does look a little like Martin Freeman and two, because everyone is played by Martin Freeman these days anyway.
 
Hope there's one on NYD. It was probably the best away trip of those wilderness years.
 
I used to buy a few pin badges off him… does anyone still sell them around the ground these days?
 
He's toned it down a bit from the booze cruise.
He's doing a "walk to Leicester" on Saturday - a charity walk for Zoe's Place - saw a donation link on one of the FB forums.
Hopefully it is legit!

don't think I read this first time round. Made me realise I should use Simpsons memes more, reminded me crème de menthe is a thing, and taught me Grendel won't go down the pub unless the person that planned it has public indemnity insurance.

There's a guy who still sells them on the exit to the train station at the arena, on the Tesco side.
 
i also like how the number of people on the boats got larger as the thread and time went on, in a decade it will have been like woodstock on that boat

Think I've still got a couple of videos of the boat trip on my phone. Will see if I can find them and post on here.
 
He's probably expanded to channel crossings these days, with a lot of angry men on the shores of France, waiting for their boat full of beer to turn up and bring them to blighty.

Still wish it actually happened. Could've been the stuff of legends.

Unless you were the poor sod in the yellow coat who I always remember tumbling down the stairs. No idea why that's a memory, but it must've hurt if not at the time, then the next day.
