Digital Season Ticket Issue Thread (1 Viewer)

Mine just flat refused to work today at the turnstile today.
The steward ended up putting a QR code against the reader to let me in.
Worked fine against Hull.
 
Mine disappeared from my wallet and missed the first 10 minute with a couple of hundred in the queue that the same happened to.
 
Not sure what was going on with the queue I was in.

Was as bad as the first game but no stewards were going to assist people and nobody was coming out with non-working tickets so no idea why it was moving so slow.

Not sure how we're managing to make a system that is common at venues around the country seem so complicated.

I got stuck behind a bloke trying to scan a non existing barcode. Wouldn't mind but he was in his 30s.
 
I've checked my wallet this morning, and it's not even recognising me as entering yesterday, it's saying my last entry was the Hull game, and my next game as Brighton 🤣
I've bought my Villa ticket, i've got to hope this appears between now and Wednesday.

Well, mines updated to the Newcastle match, which is a tad worrying considering I have bought an Aston Villa ticket!

Mine's showing Hull again.
 
Had to redownload my ST to get my Villa ticket
Still waiting for my first automatic update!
 
Mine updated with villa at 8 tonight. I also got a separate email with my villa ticket on.

Absolute joke of a system, they should have sent it days ago so it could have sat on my phone with absolutely no use.

Well the issues seems more a lack of technological understanding and impatience rather than learning difficulties.
