Since Oct I cut down on the booze about 1 pint every 2 weeks lost 5.5 kilos.
I have no choice to eat healthy food have to keep my cholesterol down. I'm off to Quy Nhon in Vietnam next Wed the beer might be tempting local beer is around 40-50 p a pint.
Won't derail the thread further, but most of your blood cholesterol comes down to genetics rather than diet.My doc told me I have signs of cholesterol in my blood so I never went back
Dumb I know. Will diet and exercise for next 6 weeks then go get checked over. Hopefully avoid satins or whatever they are called
