Not saying they aren’t as I said in Turkey there is the big three, outside of those it’s not an attractive league. Difference with Holland is you do see their younger players push on and move to bigger clubs in Germany, Italy, Spain and the UK but doesn’t really happen from clubs in Turkey.
The intention I get is Van Ewik is ambitious so can’t imagine a move to Turkey being something he would really want. That said money talks. We may see one of the bigger Dutch teams coming in for him.

From the outside it looks like more money has started to find its way into the Turkish league recently tbf.

In seriousness I wouldn't be overly surprised if Wright found his way back to a big 3 Turkish club.

I'm with you on this one . I dont get the arrogance of our fans at times regarding other leagues .
Why wouldn't MvE want to play European football is a "lesser" league ?
It's hardly hindered Vik and his career path playing in a similar standard to the Turkish league

Portuguese league is another good example. Not great overall but 3 clubs that most Championship players would jump at the chance of signing for. Of course this usually comes along with European football which a second division club cannot offer, no matter how good that second division may be.

Happy with this. Absolutely the right move that we've brought in a decent keeper - especially one which has experience at this level.

We categorically couldn't have just consolidated by sticking with Wilson until Dovin was back. It would've cost us points.

I would say. I am very surprised Lampard seemingly hasn't tapped into his Chelsea contacts once since he's been here. Also surprised we haven't signed any 'big named' washed up PL players, with Lampard as the pull.

Clear DK is making us stick to 'the model'
