Just a quick one here boys.

I know that I have been a big Sisu out protester nothing has changed on that front.

But we now have a new devil on the scene trying to take over their crown.

So let us all put our differences to one side and Unite against this latest treat to OUR CLUB.

Next Tuesday we have a game at the Ricoh at the JPT the council also have a meeting scheduled for 19.00 to finalise/discuss the Wasps take over.

We are going to have a Protest at the Council House before the game on Tuesday from 6pm if it is an open meeting we intend to go, if not we intend to be heard outside.

So we need all City fan to attend the protest to show the Council that we are not happy with what is going on.

Grendel, Torch, Nick etc I know we have not seen eye to eye but we need as many there as possible this is a peaceful demonstration as all our protest to date have been..

Honestly we do not bite(fellow city supporters)

So come on we need to show we care !!!!!

SO IT IS TIME FOR LESS TALK MORE ACTION!!! BEFORE IT IS TOO LATE

We need to know why they have not spoken to the club and offered them the same deal first.

Fair play to you.

Although I am at work until 7 I will be pushed to get to the game on time as it is and booked Weds off I will try also.

If not, if you need a hand with anything without me being there I would be happy to help (if I can).

Anyone who lives in Coventry we need to E-mail our local Councillors and show them our worries on this matter.
Could someone find the E-mails for our councillors and post a link on here to make it easier for everyone.

This is a peaceful demonstration it will not work with a hand full of us come along even if it is for 5 minutes and show them we are not happy might even get a petition signed to hand in.

Again maybe someone could start that off for us.......
Thanks in advance,

You might want to ask about when to have the protest. It might be that things aren't in place before Tuesday so there won't be a vote, but if things are falling in to place then the real decision will be taken at the political group meetings which might even be on the Monday. Ask someone like shmmeee to use his contacts to find out cos a protest on Monday might be the priority

The club should be offered the same deal.
If they have not we need to know why they have not.

If the club are not interested in a deal they need to tell us why.

I fear with all this JR bravado, talk of a new stadium and not buying into ACL by SISU the majority of Coventry ratepayers will not be interested in CCFC and a protest will fall on deaf ears.
Unfortunately I fear CCC have called SISU's bluff and I fear the worst.

Well done SISU !!

The majority of ratepayers wouldn't care anyway

This is my feeling too. The people of Coventry starting to give up on our club and each week it gets worst and worst.

We have owners who couldn't organise an orgy in a brothel.

To my eyes this is about the council and ACL making a deal to franchise a rugby club to the detriment of sport in Coventry. I understand the hate for Sisu but they're really not the issue right now.

This has fuck all to do with the owners!! need to stop all this shit and stand together for once this is our new fight lets win this one and then see where it takes us.

If I am willing to keep the us and them out for the meantime it should be easy for the rest of you...

How about - well you found the idea of a football club leaving it's home city morally repugnant - yet you are happy to champion the franchising of another club to our city, at the detriment of 2 home town sporting institutions.

No Sisu are not being allowed to put in an offer it is all being done behind closed doors and no one else is welcome!!
I have voted this council in as have many others we demand to be heard and to be told all the details.

Really need to unite in this battle then we will be stronger to fight the next one.

We have fought hard to get the club back can't just sit there and let others piss it away

What do we want ?

Sisu don't want the Ricoh and will be moving out in 2-4 years.
Counsellors know this, the public who are fed up with this CCFC nonsense don't care.
If the public knew that Sisu have been fighting to get their asset on the cheap and are still trying they would direct their councillors to vote Wasps in and Sisu/CCFC out.

I fear the worst as CCFC followers are 10,000 in 350,000 and a lot of them are not Coventry ratepayers.

Well done Sisu :claping hands:...... :jerkit:
