Yes - please do enlighten those of us who completey fail to understand (or indeed find) the logic in not paying our coucil tax - particularly the many who don't live in Cov.

Other way round, but what have SISU ever done to make CCC trust them?

All truthful replies should fit on the back of a postage stamp in one foot high letters.

I am very proud of Coventry City and will pay my taxes. The football club did not appear until 1883 and I am very proud of them.

That is until some American fast buck syndicate took to running them. They are out of my cultural zone and until they submit accounts and pay tax appropriately (yes folks they have been fined) show some transparency and integrity and show they have empathy and want to develop my club with realistic plans..they get no sympathy or support.

Don't pay the council tax? They'll get it anyway by selling off your prize possessions for a pittance to fund it. Good idea in principal until you're sat there with nothing but the clothes on your back

I have in the past been assigned to look at demographic profiling in various areas of the country. I have been tasked with such a study in Lincolnshire. The county is an odd disposition -- they have a certain demographic (rural urban type 4) that normally do not purchase luxury items that actually buck the trend.

However, Sconthorpe has less AB demographic purchasers as a percentage of popluation than virtually any other town -- according to the MOSAIC profiling of demographic trends. Oddly and ironically, Northampton is one of the few towns I recall that has an almost equally poor demographic. Boston (also in Lincolnshire) is another despatrate example of poor wealth distribution.

So those are facts. Please dispute at your leisure - after all facts aren't a consideration to you are they?

So lets all not pay them a penny so they go bankrupt hundreds will loose there jobs streets will not be cleaned bins will not be emptied all because you want to give Sisu the ground.

At the end of the day put a roof on the arena and turn it into a Ski dome place will make a killing, and then Sisu can build us that new shed, job done everyone is happy.

Boston is different to most places. The town has grown by about 25% in the last few years mainly with Polish immigrants. Lincolnshire have a lot of lower paid farming work. But to compensate house prices are low. People are friendly. There are well paid jobs around. I left one to move to where I am now.

But if you think that an area is only nice if everyone earns a decent wage you must think London is fantastic.

I live on an island. I have the lake district on my doorstep. But there are only two employers that pay well. I work for one and my wife works for the other. Most of the others are just above minimum wage. The front page news in our local newspapers wouldn't even make it into the CET.Yet it must be a bad place to live as the average wage isn't very good.

i dont work i'm retired an old fart my pension is not very good but i can get by.i will not waste it on trips to northampton
