Used one of those predictor things for every game of the season remaining. Have got it going to a final day showdown with Forest where a draw keeps us up and sends them down

It’s not in line with the bookies. We’re down to be bottom despite MCFc!
The underlying data even from Saturday says we were lucky to win and maybe so but this season is the first season in the championship season and pinnock is fadz and with saka and mve and Thomas and Dasilva and Rudoni all seemingly able to step up consistently I’m hopeful we do enough for 17th
Always feels different after a win

What I absolutely didn’t expect in the PL was that there were quite a few dysfunctional teams that just don’t turn up for certain games and we would beat them relatively easily.
You would expect them all to improve- whether changing manager, January transfers or just generally get their act together.
Important we push on and get a draw at Everton and a win v Palace as these too are teams currently there for the taking .

If we win a total of 10 that's normally enough
3 down 7 to go.
I'm shocked we are still favs with Man City & Hull to go down. I think the bookies haven't worked us out. They will learn that we score goals.

The odds are down to where the punter's money is going. We were a bit of a PL meme after the first 4 games and the shit thrown at us stuck a bit. 3 more points out of the next 2 and the concensus of us being the whipping boys should start to change.

Just like Fulham?🙂

Let everyone think we are the whipping boys, might give us the edge.

I still think we're a favourite to go down. The sooner we get points on the board the better.

Really have to take advantage of this favourable little run of matches coming up, otherwise we'll be back in the same position we were on Saturday morning.

last 9 years 36 points gets at least 18th. With Man City points deduction that is sufficient
7 wins 6 draws 16 defeats gets us there. I think we will make it

Only saw the opta predicted table briefly earlier on Sky. It looked like it was predicting us to go down with 42 points?

let’s get to Christmas then reflect - remember first thing is to beat Derby 11 points and Southampton 12 points records - what gives me a lot of confidence is seeing Saka - torp - MVE ( i know some think not ) bobby , jack and JDS really stepping up now - imagine if Hadji W comes good as well ( i think he will ) we could be ok -‘note could be ‘ !

If we had played Saturdays team against Fulham we would have beat them too.
I was shocked at how good Fulham were against Villa compared to us. They could have easily scored 4 or 5 whereas against us they hardly looked like scoring apart from the one they did which was good skill but rubbish defending. I don't know if it was the win over us that gave them extra confidence or that Villa were very poor on the night. I think they did show how to play against Villa with 2 very wide men as their full backs are not great defending.

Doesn’t really work like that. We’re 18th in the predictions, predicted 41 pts, and given a 37% chance of going down so 63% staying up.

If we actually get 40+ points there’s probably a 90%+ chance we stay up.

I don't want to hear about you edging thinking about being a whipping boy.

Fulham have outplayed most teams they have played this season. Seen them batter some teams without the goals to match. A bit like Forest.

These two particularly Fulham will be well clear in a few weeks.

Soon enough Forest will put away the dozen good chances per match and will tuck away one or two.

Both are easily top 8 of xg table and that will even out as season progresses.

Funny enough Fulham and Forest didn't really do alot against us.
