The thing currently pissing me off is that whilst they've painted the outside they've not fixed the fekkin leaky roof above block 28. Fur coat and no knickers!!!

They realised 'shit, this paint isn't sky blue!'
If you have got a survey this morning to fill in mention it on there, I have. The problem is we have gone too "Corporate" with everything and not kept things "local". I think we should have waited until the end of the season before making some of these changes to see what League we will be in at the end of the season.Again been said before but the pregame build up is totally uninspiring. Let’s have the players named when they come out with the pyros. Also 1/2 time break absolutely dead. Even the mascots miss a chance to be seen and give their cheeky impressions.
I know it’s been mentioned elsewhere but the choice of beer really is horrendous. It can’t be a purely PL thing as the away games have had better choice. So I assume Carling / Molson Coors are just the highest bidder, but it genuinely puts me off having a pint in the ground.
I went to the fans zone yesterday and it was the same, with the exception of one small Guinness Bar which of course had a continuously massive queue. Plus Madri as a lager.
How many years in the stadium and we still can’t get the queuing system sorted. Why is it always so slow? And trying to navigate from the fans village side to the opposite is a nightmare through the fans queuing. Nearly kicked off a few times yesterday with fans thinking others were trying to push in. And this was just after 2:30, so not exactly late.
Everything to do with the screen is also terrible. Streaming a game we’re watching live, but a few seconds in delay provides no value. The lack - and inconsistency - of replays is frustrating too. Not sure what the process is at other grounds but it would be useful to know when a VAR check is happening too.
The above is nothing in the scheme of things - and isn’t going to stop fans going - but we’ve absolutely gone backwards in a lot of these aspects which is mental.
There are cones and a sign blocking the entrance to the road at the wheelwright lane end and the sign says road closed
Erm.. no. Pedestrians have priority. It sort of makes sense. Regardless of what they are doing you’d struggle to prove that it was their fault.Only the junction at the bridge is closed. The road itself is technically open.
The drivers are in the right, the people walking in the middle of the road are the ones in the wrong

I actually saw that aswell lolThe screen flashed up with “Goal!” graphics at some point in the game on Saturday…
With hindsight, it was probably the most exciting part of the match.
Same in balcony every wk me or the husband have to explain how to make a lager shandy ! lolYour point about the queuing, the main reason is the staff are not trained they don't know what they're doing, we're goes what, and it seems to be different staff members each home game, cheap labour I suppose.

It is no different to any big function you go to these days. Virtually all of the staff are Agency Staff and transported in. It is worse when many of them are carrying out plates of food and they have never done so before, you always worry the food is going to end up all over youYeah I've experienced that didn't know what a lemon and lime was had to tell them and then the next time the guy serving me started filling the pint glass with water and a dash of lime.
All young students I guess.

No sure how they'll keep you dry from a leaky roof. The thing currently pissing me off is that whilst they've painted the outside they've not fixed the fekkin leaky roof above block 28. Fur coat and no knickers!!!
It doesn’t matter where pedestrians are.Depends on what you mean by priority. If it’s like the Jeremy Vine school of thinking where a cyclist has the legal right to undertake a lorry at a left turn, then yes you’re right.
If however in the real world, where walking in the middle of a road open to traffic isn’t a smart move, then you’re wrong.
Good news for me. If nobody is buying beer at half time it might actually be possible to get a cuppa at half time without missing 15 minutes of the game!'Multi year deal with Carling*
Why have we gone backwards in almost every metric off the pitch since promotion? Its gone down like a cup of cold sick on socials with the fanbase, who could have predicted that?!
Used to have a couple of pints pre game since we brought the stadium. Wont be doing that again

Although when I asked for a tea on Saturday the guy serving looked at me like I'd just beamed down from Mars and had to get someone to help him.
Im asking this question genuinely because im sober so this doesnt affect me,'Multi year deal with Carling*

But would you prefer a more expensive £5/6 better pint or a £3/4 “shit” pint like carling in the concourse?
This is a classic “cant please all the people all the time” issue, and wont the majority football fans just trying whatever because the objective is get pissed at the football and down it quick at half time not savour a pint?
This deal probably represents a lower cost/higher profit for the club so by their metric it probably hasnt gone down
*edit - i appreciate now actually those prices are laughable and clearly illustrate ive got fuck all idea about buying or drinking pints, but you get the sentiment and i’ll keep it there for laughs
Yea was having this conversation at the game Saturday. If it was more expensive but your choices were Say, Guinness, Staropramen, Moretti, I think people would pay it
For the piss water on offer now, no way
Beer selection is dire, only Staropramen and Carling Premier (at a push) are decent options!'Multi year deal with Carling*

Would love to test the pallet of all those complaining on their sixth pint of piss at the football. Blindfolded I'd wager less than 50% of those complaining because it's cool could actually tell the difference.

Doubt they could really tell the difference before they've started their first let alone sixth.
Was this between blocks 26 & 27?. I stood watching one member of staff there taking 5 minutes to open a sachet of somethingYou got lucky, I was given a coffee twice then my brovil got given to some bloke who wanted a tea, another 5 mins wait, how hard can it be?

Im not a massive drinker at all, but I could tell because Carling/Madri bloats me like im pregnant and tastes dreadfulWould love to test the pallet of all those complaining on their sixth pint of piss at the football. I like a nice lager as good as the next person, but that's when I'm having a couple. To race it down your neck at the football any old piss will do, just want it cheap and quickly.Im not a massive drinker at all, but I could tell because Carling/Madri bloats me like im pregnant and tastes dreadful
Tell you what are good lagers though, Hawkstone and Leffe. Probably my 2 favourites
Moretti is UK brewed piss water the same as Carling, likewise Mahou now as wellIn my old age I’ve become a beer/lager snob.
Thing is the carling and madri prices won’t reflect that they’re shit. But I’d be happier paying £1-2 more a pint if it was Moretti or estrella or mahou, something more authentic.
What was disappointing to me was I was in Madrid last year and in one of the main squares, a restaurant we stopped at for a beer the only one they had was Madri…. I felt robbed.
