Time for Lampard to go? (4 Viewers)

I like Lampard, I think he’s done amazing things getting us to the prem. but his stubbornness not to try other players, to bring Awoniyi on instead of having Simms who has scored I feel is costing us and it’s time for him to go!
He didn't bring Simms on against Spurs after he'd scored against Newcastle can't help his confidence much.

To couch it like that, I agree, but it's hard to argue that his personal start to the season hasn't been exceptionally poor. It's been a timid start.
He’s probably also disappointed with a couple of the results but pre-season it was obvious a lot on here hadn’t watched PL football for a long time.

Lampard says he doesn't have favorites but he clearly does. Hamer instead of Grimes and Simms instead of Awoniyi would give us far more impetus. The last two games the subs have reduced our energy rather than the opposite.
However, regarding Lampard he needs to be given time.
Hamer clearly isn’t the answer at this point ffs.

I beg to differ. Hamer pulling the strings with Yirenkyi or Onyeka I think would work
It’s worth a go, sticking with Grimes is killing us, and something different should’ve been done after the spurs game. I agree with giving people time, but sometimes you need to try something different. Even in the wins Grimes wasn’t brilliant.

Christ no one wants Grimes out the team as much as me right now but fucking Hamer in the middle would be a disaster.
It’s looking like a very strange signing at this point. Sad to say but he looks like the Masters football version of himself.

Embarrassing thread , even if we do go down I would want Frank to be in charge .
So did I, I think he’s done a brilliant job. But he’s unwillingness to try something different, and his subs have been poor. He’s had a really poor start, and I can’t see him changing. Awoniyi ahead of Simms, not giving Gboho a chance. It looked like he had settled for a draw with his subs, that was never going to happen, we’ve let a goal in all but one game!

Don’t know what Torp has done wrong

This is just embarrassing.
I think calling for him to go atm is a little premature, however, questions certainly need asking of him amd his shit tactics, poor line ups and shocking subs. His confidence looks as shot.as the players currently. I think we go down with him this season. And id want him here next season for a promotion push. But could another manager get more out of this squad? Im sure for a start off, some fresh eyes wouldnt be starting BTA and Grimes blindly each week regardless.

I’m not calling for him to go, asking whether it is time for him to go. I think if the performances were there, and the subs were made to go out and win the game it would be a different story

Settled for a draw v Hull and Fulham at home. Lost both. Not good enough.
