[SIR ERNIE]

Great work Sid

[ccfcchris]

Rudoni is a brilliant player.

Having a great game.

[Ccfcisparks]

I like the look of Cherif.

[Paul Anthony]

I never knew Premier League football was this stressful....

[Ccfc_Addy]

Bobby Fucking Thomas, what can you even say. Sensational performance from him

[AFCCOVENTRY]

Jeez we rode our luck there.

Have to get Gboho on. EMC and BTA so wasteful in possession

[Earlsdon_Skyblue1]

We are just lacking a bit of decision making and general intelligence when it counts. Otherwise it has been a very competitive performance and the boys are up for it. We can win this.

Might as well put Bobby in goal as well. Unreal.

[ccfcchris]

I never knew Premier League football was this stressful....

It's not just me then. Lol.

[gspotgaz]

I never knew Premier League football was this stressful....

Every single game will be like this. Unless you’re competitive and have a team worth hundreds of millions it’s very stressful watching

[Sick Boy]

Decent half overall all things considered.

[jim20]

We are looking better, still a long way to go but there has been improvement since the start of the season

[fernandopartridge]

Rudoni looking right back at it, looks fitter and quicker

[mark82]

We're currently 14th. Take a screenshot, might not get much better than this!

[Ccfc_Addy]

Cherif looks like he will be genuine mustard one day, he's young and raw. Occasionally brilliant like winning the penalty and his turn in midfield, occasionally makes bad decisions like squaring when he should have shot and shooting when he should have squared

[Ccfcisparks]

Good first half. Lots of space for us on the break so would like to see Gboho on for probably Mason Clarke.

[TomRad85]

We're going to have to shit out some points this season, we're winning, I'm happy.
I think I really want to see Ghobo now, I'd also be tempted to bring on someone who's more happy in possession like Torp or even Hamer. Lets see.

[procdoc]

Dasilva has been really good again

[Perennial Lurker]

EMC is growing into the game , BTA has been shocking

[shmmeee]

Some great performances out there. Need more from the front three tho for me. Excellent all round otherwise though. Bobby Thomas eh?

[mark82]

We do, I can't help feeling that we look like a lower league side playing a premier league team though.

Only 19, better than Awoniyi

[Ccfcisparks]

Dasilva has been really good again

The back 4 as a unit have been pretty good to be fair.

[Ccfcisparks]

Only 19, better than Awoniyi

I wouldnt say that.

[Ccfcisparks]

EMC is growing into the game , BTA has been shocking

I cant think of one decent thing EMC has done.

[Seymour_East]

as I am getting on in years, I seem to find it mystifying how mediocre players can cost so much

[Perennial Lurker]

Yerenkyi is so raw but he covers some ground and looks to hit an early pass

[Saddlebrains]

Best performance of the season by a mile

Bobby Thomas is god

[fernandopartridge]

We need to do something about the right hand side though. They've got two real quality players in Hall and Barnes and we're struggling to keep track of their movement. Maybe Sakamoto?

[Sky Blue Pete]

Newcastle fan in peace here. Jut seen that there's a low attendance expected tonight. Is there a particular reason for that, like a protest or anything?

Be 31500

[Boicey]

Central midfield is the biggest problem. No control or forward movement from there at all.
We need someone there who can pass the ball forward in a controlled way.
At the minute all they do is an average spoiling game

[Ccfc_Addy]

Hall and Barnes are making utter mincemeat of BTA, and that is going to cost us without changes

[Evo1883]

I think we will have a fight on our hands to keep thomas after this season

[Perennial Lurker]

Also good to see MvE looking somewhere close to his best

[fernandopartridge]

Oh Grimes has played well btw

[Ccfcisparks]

I do think we could see Mfuni on and a back 5 at some point.
