Oasis live '27

Got tickets for the Etihad. £75 each. Piece of piss compared to last time.

Got tickets £107 each on the side. The ticket prices are ridiculous.

I applied for Knebworth and Manchester, guessing I missed out as havent had an email

Got a code for knebworth on sale tomorrow £170 each so I'm swerving it. Way too much for me

Same happened to me. Had the tickets in my basket, all set, then just spinny wheel of doom for ages & bang gone. By the time I tried all the other dates etc there was fuck all left.

Livid but pretty standard for Ticketmaster I suppose.

Same for me, started in the queue at 2500, got in within 5 minutes, loads showed as available, as soon as I added anything and clicked get tickets it said these tickets are no longer available, same shit as always with ticketmaster, will try the resale sites nearer the time I guess

Daughter had a code for Knebworth between 9 and 12 this morning.

I thought no surge pricing thus time? Prices reported as £170 to £203. Disappointing but wanted to see so was prepared to pay, finally got a window and they wrre £300 to £500 so she's missed out.

They had a chance to redeem themselves after last years ticketing fiasco and do a “we know loads of people want to see us, so we’re gonna do a bunch of shows for £40 a ticket”

I loved them when I was younger and still love the first 2 records but they are hardly the band of the people and the working classes they try and portray themselves as charging those kind of ticket prices.

Ticket prices for everything are insane. As are the venues being played. Every Academy size band seems to be playing to half full arenas at double or triple their normal ticket price. Similarly the arena bands are doing the same with stadiums.

Slipknot, well the half of the band that haven't been sacked, at Wembley Stadium for £200 a ticket! I know there's a strong nostalgia market but that's insane. But stuff keeps selling, and is obviously making more money playing half full bigger venues. They're doing one date in Europe as is becoming increasingly common. Get everyone to come to you rather than actually touring.

Need more people like Paul Heaton. Doing a longer tour with every ticket £39.50.

The Gallaghers and Oasis fans really can’t accept those who aren’t that bothered by them can they?

They’re even bitchier than the most ardent of ‘Swifties’!

Slightly different. Im not a fan of Taylor Swift, yet whenever i hear her music, or somebody who is a fan tells me, I dont feel the need to tell them how shit her music is, how arrogant she is, and how much I dislike her.

However, as an oasis fan, when people who dont like oasis find out, they feel an urge to tell me exactly how much they dislike Liam, their music, their fans etc etc. Its not accepting people.not liking them, its just not wanting to be dictated to about what music I do or dont listen to. If I want that sort of judgement, ill go and talk about eating meat to a vegan!

If people will pay to watch a band that hasn't made a good record in 30 years I hope they get rinsed. You don't like music, just nostalgia.
Tbf 2008 was the last album ( some might say it was decent ) and both brothers have done ample solo stuff over the last 18 years

Taking my daughter to the Etihad. Not gonna lie looking forward to it.

Some rumours of other big concerts coming up next year { U2 and Springsteen} I'd be looking for tickets for both of those

Pretty much all Oasis fans I’ve spoken to have immediately had a pop because I’m not into them. Without me even saying anything about it first.

Crap band.
And this is what im talking about @Tommo1993
If i seen a Taylor Swift thread id just scroll past. Ive no interest in her or her music. I certainly wouldn't go out of my way to open the thread on her just to point out she makes crap music.

The documentary is now on Disney plus
Watched it in the cinema. Was good.

I'd have preferred more about the split & reconciliation. The rehearsal stuff is good, wish there was more of that too.

There's a lot from the fans in different countries etc which is fine but I'd have preferred more of the other stuff personally. Definitely well worth a watch though

Definitely maybe?🫣😀

Although some of the stuff the foreign fans were saying was a bit odd and all the tears ? Seemed a bit weird to me
