The Man City bench was:

Yirenkyi
Simms
Tuna
BTA
Hamer
Tats
Lati
Bentley
Torp

I assume Gboho and Mfuni will come in.

Is that BTA and Lati dropping out? Although BTA came on against Man City.
Personally would keep Lati on the bench. The thought of 1 defender is worrying. If KKH I'd bring him in probably for Torp or Hamer

They would come in for Lati and Sakamoto imo. I can't see Sakamoto playing much in this formation unless he's emergency MvE cover.

Has not lati gone out on loan or free?

I would predict a draw here I think. Brighton are a good side but we will be carrying some confidence from Saturday. They are a possession team so we will need to be solid and try to get the ball forward quickly. I would hope for proper wingers in this one. My first home game of the season so I’m pretty excited.

Brighton are a difficult team to predict, sometimes brilliant sometimes God awful last season.

BHA fans I know are expecting to win, but for it to be close.

We do, but Brighton will also be thinking the same. No different to us going away to predicted relegation strugglers last season.
All games are tough in the Prem but Brighton are proper mid table fodder. If we can't target wins there then the games we can pick up 3 points in are going to be very limited.

I agree, and it’s also the first game where we learn something about how big our task is.

Chance to bag first win, goal and clean sheet all at once

I fancy a tight game which we'll come out winners, 3-0 loss.

Just need something to build on again Sunday…did well at Man City..but we need something to show for it, 1st point 1st goal, anything…

I expect a draw. Need to be good defensively: This fixture is arguably the biggest indicator of where we are as a team so far this season

Our full backs are liability atm. Too open. Dasilva against Man City. MVE agsinst Arsenal. Plus they do not threaten upfield. Calafiori, Bogle good examples. Mfuni & Yirenyki would be my wingbacks
yeah, let us play a cb and a cdm at wingback

How the hell do you pick a starting 11?
EMC surely starts? Rudoni starts. Grimes Starts.
CB's - I think one drops out.
If we want threat on the right I'd pick Saka over Tuna.
Need someone in midfield to move the ball around between the lines...Hamer or Torp perhaps?
Very difficult job now. But we are at home and must start on the front foot.

one of the CM drops out for who?

Starting Hamer is hilarious

I don't fancy us winning this. All feels a bit new still. New league , new players, New system .

If we get a draw , I'm happy

2 from Grimes, Caleb, FTT to start
1 from Loum or Rudoni to start

If Gboho and Mtuni in the squad means 2 from Torp, Lats, Tatsu and BTA sits out. We will probably not see Cherif until after the break when Wright and KKH will come into squad consideration.

We will need an improvement with the atmosphere compared to the Hull game for sure whether wet or dry.

mfuni not mtuni

Massive game as two losses on the bounce at home for the first time in what feels like years isn't a great start. But Brighton are a very good team and will be very tough need to get behind the lads.Same set up but new lad for EMC and yirenki in for Frank the tank as I think he was an absolute waste of time against Man city needs to show he is a tank.Looking forward to the Sunday 2 pm kick off.
He wasn't a waste of time at all. Either you didnt watch the game or you just don't rate him in general

It should be a site rule that anyone including Hamer in the starting line up has to give their estimate of how many minutes they think he'll last.

Also, starting Sakamoto is the latest thing people keep asking for that is highly unlikely to happen. There's a chance if the formation stays as is, that he drops out the squad when everyone is fit.

EMC and Onyeka were rated as the two worst pretty much everywhere.
