Saw tickets pop up for the Wrexham game on the exchange yesterday for a split second, and they went , just after one for little old me if for some reason anyone can't go, unlikely I know but worth an ask, desperate to go!

No chance in hell but if anyone hears of a spare tomorrow, Much appreciated

I have been refreshing the exchange for days and keep missing it. I just want one ticket for me, will have to drive up from Hastings in the morning. If anyone can help I would be eternally grateful.

If anyone isn't planning on going next Monday and would be happy adding them to my network to buy a couple more tickets to the Memorial Park pls let me know, Thanks

appreciate this may not be the right forum… but if anyone’s got tickets for Monday and they’re not going anymore. Drop me a message!

I’ve got one spare in the home end for tomorrow - corner of Elton John stand next to Cov fans. Digital ticket so can send via email/text. DM me if interested

Hi All - After 1 Man City Away ticket, please send me a message if anyone has one going

Are there any written rules to state we are not allowed to loan our season tickets out to other people?

I apricate using the Family Zone ticket exchange generates extra income for the club but wouldn't it be nicer to just loan our tickets to members of this forum who are not in a position to purchase a season ticket?

I am happy to lend my tickets to people on here for the games I cant attend (mainly night match's) Would obviously have to trust they return the cards promptly tho.

Obviously if there are written rules - advertising this on a public forum would be stupid ;)
You will benefit from reading a formal complaint regarding a significant and unpublicised change to the Season Ticket Terms and Conditions for the 2026/27 season I’ve just written to Nicola Ibbetson, Chief Business Officer.

In the 2025/26 T&Cs, Section 7.1 stated that supporters may not sell or lend their Season Ticket for value. This wording allowed fans to pass their ticket to a friend or family member for free when they were unable to attend.

However, in the 2026/27 T&Cs, Section 7.1 has been altered to state that supporters may not sell or lend their Season Ticket for value or for free. This is a substantial change to supporter rights and removes a long‑standing flexibility that many fans rely on.

This change was not clearly communicated during renewal or purchase. Supporters were not informed that a key benefit — the ability to transfer a ticket for free — was being withdrawn. This is especially concerning given that many fans, including myself, have paid extra for Premium League Packages in previous seasons partly because the ability to share tickets made the cost worthwhile.

Furthermore, the club’s own Digital Ticketing webpage states that digital tickets “make managing and transferring tickets easier, providing greater flexibility when you are unable to attend a fixture.” This statement is now misleading and contradicts the new T&Cs.

The consequences of this change are already visible: large numbers of empty seats in areas normally filled by season ticket holders, despite high announced attendances. Supporters who cannot attend are now forced to leave their seat unused, reducing the atmosphere and penalising loyal fans.

I’ve requested the following:
  1. A clear explanation of why this change was made.
  2. A justification for why supporters were not informed during renewal.
  3. Clarification on why the Digital Ticketing webpage continues to advertise flexibility that no longer exists.
  4. A review of this policy with supporter consultation.
  5. Consideration of reinstating free transfers for 2026/27 or providing compensation to affected season ticket holders.

In the 2025/26 T&Cs the next line after the one you've quoted there is 'Your Season Ticket is for your own individual use'.

Enough people were concerned about this that the issue got raised in an SCG meeting where the club confirmed passing you season ticket to another supporter was against the T&Cs. The club would therefore argue that the terms have not changed in any significant way, they will just say they have changed the language to make it clearer.

You would have to make your argument based on the fact the club wasn't taking action to enforce the T&Cs previously, not that they didn't exist. And it was certainly a known thing when purchasing season tickets this season, there's been hundreds of posts about it.

IMO if you want the club to change the better argument is that we are the only Premier League club with such a restriction in place and both home games so far have shown as sold out yet the ticket exchange has not been opened.

R.19. Each Home Club shall ensure that any transfer of Home Tickets or Premium Tickets which are Digital Tickets between individuals is conducted via the Club’s official digital transfer mechanism. Each Home Club shall take all reasonable steps to ensure that the transfer of Home Tickets (which are not Digital Tickets) takes place with the Home Club’s permission. For the avoidance of doubt, the registration requirements set out at Rule R.16 above, shall apply to any transferred Home Tickets or Premium Tickets.
Premier league rules prevent you from allowing supporters to just lend tickets between themselves. They would need to implement digital transfers. Maybe it’s something they’re planning on, maybe not, but that is the reason for the change.

Gonna be quite a few people who have listed their ticket and the ticket has not sold so they won't get anything

Listed mine for the Brighton game as I was in Italy.
It sold but I have not got anything.
Won't bother again if I can't make a match.

Well still nothing.
Has anyone sold on ticket exchange and actually received a voucher?

You should, possibly a discount on the ST next season.

Took a while to come last season, I think the staff are overwhelmed this season now there are even bigger demands on them.

Voucher arrived eventually, 10 days later.
Voucher would not work on the store until 3 days after receiving it.

I have a spare ticket for the Sunderland game in block 22 if anyone wants to buy it off me, I only want the pro-rata amount per ticket on the season ticket so £32. I thought I would offer it on here first before I put it on ticket exchange. PM me if interested.
