Time will tell whether the window has been a good one. It certainly doesn't feel like it has been at the moment. Too often feels like we have left ourselves one or two short on deadline day under Doug. Last Jan was probably the first time I've thought we've done what we needed to. I think for morale it is good to get a deal done on deadline day rather than everyone feeling flat.
