Has anyone who emailed the club received a call yet?

Emailed at 10.15, got a reply email saying the seat I wanted wasn’t available but offered a few around the same area, They rang me at 3.50 and it was sorted over the phone with my new seat.
Very helpful tbh.

I generally unsubscribe from unsolicited email providing I am sure it is a bona fide email from a company.

Do you know if it was possible to seat change from hospitality to premium/standard zone ? As I would like to try and seat move next season.
