To be fair it is a bit tinpot to wish them into liquidation. The home game this season and the one before last are two of the best games for atmosphere at the cbs.

Despite some of their fans claiming their not, they are our rivals and for that reason I want them to survive so we get more games like that in the future.

They need to raise an unbelievable amount of money and King Power doesn't have it. That's why they've been loaning it off Macquarie bank for years at a very high interest rate.

That’s what they’d do if they raised a winding up order. The administrator would decide on what debt can be repaid and they’d get less than a penny in the pound

The problem for Sheffield Wednesday was not being able to pay football debts. This has given them about 40 points deductions over 2 seasons.

Leicester have loaned against future money coming in from players sold. They don't have the money now for the installments for the players they bought as they loaned against these payments, just like they did against their parachute payments. These loans also come at a cost of nearly 10% PA.

So yes they have football debts that comes with a points deduction as well as a points deduction for going into administration. The best they can hope for is -30 points next season unless something happens that nobody knows about before then.

Whatever happens it is going to be squeaky bum time for them.
