I wouldn't mind us signing some younger promising champ players to loan out for the year either, and if we go down we have some ready made players. Even better, we stay up and they develop to prem level. Eg. Devlin at pompy, Nelson/Monga at leicester, Price/Bostock west brom, Seriki shef utd etc. Probably a bunch of promising players at L1 level too that have fell of my radar.
Jordan James will be good value for money and his stock value would increase over time as well

I dont know much about zian flemming , but i know hes scored 9 in about 25 games in a terrible team .

Is he a player that is worth looking at ?

I’ve just realised that Burnley spent about £130m last summer, shows what we’re up against.
They spent about 50 million solely between Armando Broja who has scored 1 goal all season- and before that hadn't scored a single goal in the previous two years- and Lesley Ugochukwu, who has now been relegated for 2 successive seasons.

I absolutely back our recruitment team to spend better than that

God it’s fun being linked with players you don’t have to watch a YouTube highlight vid from the Bulgarian league set to happy hardcore.

If we’re trying to raid Liverpool, I’d take Harvey Elliott and Andy Robertson

Was on the Burnley forum looking at them talking about their squad and he’s about the only player they all consistently had good things to say about. He’s not young and plays in a position we have Rudi in so for me it would depend on cost.

Transfer record fees will be broke during the summer multiple times which i think is got to happen. But i also think we will pull in Loans, free agents and pay smaller fees for a few players we see as potential big players with development in mind. The open checkbook will not be the way the club go, it will be well planned out and targets will have to have the correct attitude for what the club wants.

Doug will demand big fees for those who want out or those FL doesn't see good enough for the prem. Tough times and exciting times ahead it will be no place for those who are sentimental. Good honest players will be moved on unfortunately to stay in some will have to move out.
