The idea that Coventry City have glory supporters has always amused me. We had people protesting and some who just didn't fancy going as much to pay to watch dire football, as well as younger generation within the city who will of course be more engaged with the club where it is now.
I find football has a nasty habit of turning people into overgrown babies, a vehicle for people of low iq to dick measure. No offence to your mate
What has happened to this club in the last few years is an incredible success story, done the right way and some people hate it for some reason. Fuck em.
chill outHope he gets anus rot............ on his bellend!
chill out
True. Among ourselves though, I can't say i ever feel compelled, when someone tells me what club they support, to start waffling about their attendances and what a small club they are. Its actually nice to meet someone who doesn't support a 'big 6' club tbh.To be fair, there is an incredible amount of ill informed clap trap about other clubs spouted on this forum.
Are you including Birmingham City in that ‘big 6’ then?True. Ha, I was going to put an asterisk against them. Obviously its unpleasant to meet a Birmingham fan but im rarely in places you'll come across one. I've never met one away from their area, I don't think they move. Are you including Birmingham City in that ‘big 6’ then?

Blimey! The poster found the 1%A fellow poster from here was talking to one at the bar in spoons at New St as we were en route Saturday.
He was saying he wants them to follow the path we've taken of incremental, season on season progress, which I thought was quite sensible for a blues supporter.
North Somerset - They’re all over it.Ha, I was going to put an asterisk against them. Obviously its unpleasant to meet a Birmingham fan but im rarely in places you'll come across one. I've never met one away from their area, I don't think they move.
It's ok we don't deal in facts anymore well not them.To be fair, there is an incredible amount of ill informed clap trap about other clubs spouted on this forum.
Btw when i wrote a response telling him i had been to over 400 games in the last decade he blocked me![]()

They genuinely think they support a giant of the sport. Its unbearable.Got 2 blues fans in fairly senior positions at work. Both have their head screwed on when it comes to work, but a complete blind spot on their club. Funnily enough last time I saw one of them was the day after the chimney dome pictures were released. Genuinely gobsmacked that he thought it was all entirely reasonable and they were big enough because of their American following to warrant it.
Good to know, I wonder why? Either way, thanks for the heads up, I've added to my 'avoid' list.North Somerset - They’re all over it.
The newsagents and super markets even stock the Birmingham Mail.
My mate who I drink with in my local is a Swindon Town fan. He said the day he see's people walk through that pub door in Swindon shirts is the day he's finished with football
Probably because we drink in a pub full of plastic Liverpool and Man U followers, from Torquay and never seen them play ...or Liverpool and Man U for that matter. Think it was a bit tongue in cheekWhy? That's a bit weird
Unfortunately I work with a few of them and they are so insufferable and up there own arses a very entitled bunch of knobs in my humble opinionHa, I was going to put an asterisk against them.
