Imagine being able to rotate Philogene and Jack Clarke though, should be doing much better
I knew that particular one was coming and sure enough you and BSB came straight away haha. Their 2 best players in terms of output play the same position this is true but i'd rather play Ipswich without 3 or 4 of their better players than with. The likes of McAteer, Azon and Akpom that make up their bench are actually complete wank.

Ipswich have turned up incredibly early. Police stopping all traffic around the ground 20 mins ago. Didn't see the team bus though.

Wait till they find out it's a 6pm kickoff. 🤣

I'm starting to get nervous about this one already.

It's not a "must win" but I really hope we don't lose. I'm going 1-0 or 2-1 to us but I really hope they don't score first. If they do, I reckon either 1-0 to them or 1-1.

To be honest, a draw would be decent enough for us especially if Middlesborough and Hull draw.

Ipswich may or may not have illness in the camp but we won't know for sure until the teams are out.

Before the Southampton game it was basically the same until people started reposting the same "story", we shall see.

We need to resolve the injustice of the away game. Still frustrated by it and the arrogance it’s produced from some of their fans.

Big game, big crowd, under the lights and (hopefully) an atmosphere to match.

All to be equalled by a big result, 3-0. Rudoni to find form and whomever starts up front to bag an early goal.
I am feeling the same. 3 nil and Rudoni to shine and score.

I am much more worried about the Charlton and Birmingham games to be honest and that is simply down to concerns of tiredness, due to the small squad .

I reckon we will win tonight and then slip up against either Charlton or Birmingham.

I'm not sure their squad is as good as many thought at the start of the season. Along with other pre-season favourites that were lauded for deep squads, Birmingham and Southampton, a lot of their fringe players really aren't that good. Ipswich would miss some of their key players just as any other team would.
Saw on their forum they were saying they have 2 "golden boot winners" who have scored very little in akpom and Szmodics.

Their forum is very amusing. Basically we are poor (and lucky) to be where we are and they are great (and unlucky) to be where they are. Amazing what a season in the PL does for a fanbase.

Hope we don't turn into entitled pricks like that if we do happen to go up and - most likely - come down again.

Interesting narrative when the xG table has them being 1 point ahead of us.

We’ve not been lucky and the game we played should’ve proved that. We hit the post, ref bottles a red card and then they nick a goal…

Hope we batter them this evening.

I feel slightly anxious about this one. Despite their poor results away from home, they looked decent when we played them at their place. They have a lot of good players going forward and their keeper and defence were solid. I think they will turn up tonight. That said, at some point Wright has to start scoring again, he always has done after a drought and Rudoni was looking a bit sharper in the second half on Boxing Day. I'm not too worried about Bidwell, he's ok defensively and we can rely on EMC to get the ball in the box. Hopefully Thomas back and Saka and MVE hopefully a bit better from flu. I would predict a draw or we could just sneak it maybe?

Yeah I was another who thought it was fantastic them being in the Prem, as a neutral watching it. Since they've came down and especially since they played us, it's unbelievable how much dross I've read from them on social media against us. They have been commenting on the social media posts on our FB pages since that result like it was something that ended our season. 16 points tonight would be absolutely delightful.
