From the video he looks a great technician and super comfortable on the ball. He does however also look extremely slender for Championship football and as others have said; he is doing the Grimes role.

As another poster also said, if it’s a loan in anticipation of an expiring contract leading us to a promising player on a free, I’m all for it. Doubt he’d manage being chucked in at the deep end of Championship football though…

That game Ayari had where he was dispossessed about 15 consecutive times still haunts me, and yet, he has since been playing in the Prem and you could see he had the technical attributes!

Newcastle have agreed a deal to sell Longstaff to Leeds.

Time to see if there is anything in the Rudoni interest...
you mean the "interest" that was just the journo actually saying he thinks his name may be on the list of players they the scouts may put together if they even look at more midfielders

Not sure Hamer was last minute or a panic sale. He informed the club he wanted to leave immediately after the playoff final. Was sold on 12th August with 3 weeks remaining of the window. The mistake was not really bringing in a suitable replacement.

A player sold in mid August without a replacement arranged is a panic sale. Can you show me how you know Hamer informed the club he wanted to leave?

How the fk do you bring in a suitable replacement for the best player in the championship

If Hugo Eiktike leaves Frankfurt for £70m and Sargent leaves Norwich for £20m this will hopefully mean we can increase our valuation of Wright to at least £15m minimum as Frankfurt will have money to spend and we will have someone of similar quality to value him against.

who says Frankfurt want Wright.

Sargent is better than Wright and 2 years younger.

Wright’s valuation already started at £15 million - one of the top scorers in the league whilst missing 3 months of the season.

We’d seriously have to be grade A mugs to even pick the phone and negotiate someone opening at a bid less than £15m.

Haji won’t be going anywhere, will be starting for us first game of the season. Can’t see anybody paying what we’d want plus he shouldn’t be sold under any circumstance! If we want to progress we need to keep him
Only if he recovers from injury and is match fit

It wasn’t, but in a chicken’s mind…
