The one niggling worry I have with FL is that he's too emotional. He's all about relationships, which is fantastic from a man management point of view but may lead to poor decision making if he cannot let go. There needs to be a realism re abilities/bigger picture that informs decisions. I hope you are not too nice Frank.

i think grimes will make a huge positive impact on sheaf. hopefully, t will free up some of the pressure off him, and he can enjoy his game a bit more.
totally agree with @Saddlebrains , we have one hell of a midfield if sheaf steps up. and, of course, they all stay fit.
