This is heartbreaking for Dimitrov, can't see him carrying on here. 2 sets up against Sinner.

Had it on earlier. Dinner getting treatment.
Do a couple of kids evening club pick ups - put it back on and they are warming up again - what happened #1
Then, sorting some kids bedtime bits, put it on upstairs and Dimitrov is sat down crying!?!

Looks like he's torn his right pec. Couldn't even hold his arm up to shake the umpires hand at the end.
