I don't think anyone played badly.
But agree with your 3 standouts. Wilson, MVE and Rudoni.

Thought simms and wright were below average , thought BTA did more in his small cameo than both

A 6 each for me. Simms held it up well first half I thought.
Wright was a thorn in their side the whole game, if not for poor finishing

Wright was a threat all game and I didn't think Simms was that bad. Just that BTA was so much better

Rudoni motm. Wilson and Van Ewijk also really good. Thomas Asante with a great cameo as well.
I'm a Simms fan but thought he was frustrating today.
Middlesbrough are a weird team. They looked so disjointed at times and panicked everytime they got into our box. Seemed to stumble into goal opportunities

That wasn't dreadful decision making for what would have been the BTA chance though.
BTA was excellent when he came on, but he is useless at staying onside.
Wright couldn't pass to him for that brilliant opportunity, because BTA was very clearly offside
There were other chances though where Wright made the wrong call.

Grimes’ signing could prove to be one of the turning points of the season. Just a huge shove all-in from Doug.

I think we need an upgrade at CB and of the two Kitching is the one to drop out IMO.
