Seen quite a few mentions about how Collins is in the team because of his passing and it suits our game plan more. So I had a look at the numbers...

Wilson kicks it long 45% of the time compared to Collins 38%. Given they both average 28 passes per game that means Wilson makes two long kicks per game more.

Of those long kicks, Collins completes 5 per game and Wilson 3 per game.

They have both completed 100% of short passes. Collins averages 98% for medium length passes and Wilson is 97%.

So are we really picking the worst shot stopper in the league because he makes two more long passes per game?
For 4 games you’d tell Wilson to immediately lay it off to a defender or Grimes, or to go long. Keep it simple and minimise the chance of an error.

Ffs I just hope Collins doesn't read the stuff on this forum.
What little confidence he might have left will be totally destroyed.

Let's just fucking do this as i'm not ready for the season to be over yet. This forum always loses its mind outside of the football season.

Regardless of the team, we back our lads. I'll be in block 10 cheering them on, shouting at the ref for a pen every time our player is in the opposition box and gets touched....calling for everything. We've had some poor officiating and our turn for some luck is due. We know we concede goals... just have to back the lads to score one more than they do!

For all the Collins talk, i actually have major concerns about Bidwell if he's up against any kind of pace. He's been genuinely hopeless recently, the Derby performance was legit one of the worst performances i've ever seen from an individual at this club.

Or put another way, “Change the team’s entire tactical setup for the most important four games of the season so you can incorporate your third choice keeper”
He's only third choice by Frank Lampard and a handful of others. Most wonder how that can be ?
Unless there is something we don’t know….but I guess Saddlebrains would have told us if there was something else.

Got a really bad feeling about this game
Same

Might possibly end up in a draw with us both missing out. Or even result in a Boro victory.

I think we just look a little shot. Similar to last season.

Pretty confident that Millwall won't beat Burnley, but they might get a draw and I am not so sure on Sheff Utd v Blackburn.

I think that having key players back would make me a lot more confident. Thomas and MVE, especially. 🤞

Yup, same here.

I think he must have mightily pissed off the Mafia, for them to put that huge amount of concrete in his boots.

I said the other day either he's carrying an injury or his legs have just gone literally overnight.

Getting up and down the line used to be his biggest strength, but now he just looks old and slow.

31,400 would take the average for the season to over 27,800, the highest since 69/70.

Almost exactly 3 times higher than our average attendance 7 years ago.
Snap.

Should be up to 27800 average attendance by the end of the season .

It’s exciting though ain’t it! I think we all knew it was gonna come down to the final day. I seem to remember folks on here predicting it more or less at the start of the season.
Whatever happens it’ll be on we remember for a long time.
My prediction is we’ll win 1-0. Brad Collins to score from a goal kick in the 93rd minute.

I think whoever our LB is will always be exposed and why we look better there when we're attacking a team who sit back, which is why Dasilva looked so much better recently. Half of the problem is pace and the other half is Wright not working back so teams target and exploit that side. MVE has super pace and Tats runs all day so they hit our left.

Shame JDS is suspended. I would stick him in there.
Are Keepers allowed footstools? Im not sure there are any rules against it?

And then to another full house against The Red and White stripes.
