Match Thread Bristol City (A) 24th August 12:30 KO

Fucking awful performance yet again. Literally everyone bar the defence has been poor and had no impact.

It's not great I agree, and a lot of players haven't turned up. Give them a word at half time and then go more offensive in the second half.

Eccles has had a shocker, and his mistakes more obvious, but my concern is Torp. He's weak as fuck and goes hiding. I'm not sure how cut out he is for a central midfield role to be honest. A few questions marks on Dovin for me as well. Doesn't seem to like catching the ball.

Booooooooooo!

I think Rudoni has somehow beaten his fellow central midfielders to worst player of the half, his sole contribution is to give away a needless free kick which led to their goal. Need much better from him.

Is Robins setting us up to be this passive away from home? It's fucking shite again and he needs to pull his thumb out of his arse.

Fucking awful. Robins has got to own that too, dreadful set up and too easy to cut through

I think it is obvious to everyone that our midfield is a serious concern. I’m hoping that is evident to the management before the window closes. The depth is not top 6.

Great finish but foul on dovin and on the man that gets the clearing header

Bristol go down at ever touch.

We really have to get over this mentality of questioning referees. We’ve been really really poor and have got what we deserved after 45 minutes

All our coaches sat there in their matching tracksuits yet that’s how we set up? Shove your little badges up your arses

Torp and Eccles far too deep and we have little to no minefield. Saka is running around like a headless chicken as no one near him to pass too

Oh bugger.

I am now thinking defeat is looking the most likely outcome and best hope is we can grab a draw maybe. Needs a massive change though

Was expecting a reaction in the second half, but coming from a goal down, makes it so much tougher.
Come on, how many times did we win from losing positions last season, how many late goals do we score? It's not even remotely over yet and unlike previous seasons we have actual options on the bench.
