Match Thread Bristol City (A) 24th August 12:30 KO

[Matt smith]

Need sheaf and one more

alarming live how easy it is for them to get through the lines

[jordan210]

Is that really a yellow?

No but the ref got sold on the late rolling around after the foul

[Briles]

We really miss Ohare and Hamers energy in midfield, yet to replace that

[ptr]

Bring those Japanese centre mids in asap.

[shmmeee]

It’s spreading now

[mark82]

The positive is we've looked ok defensively.

[hill83]

Eccles and Torp FOR FUCK SAKE

[AFCCOVENTRY]

Robins going to have put a rocket up this team at half time.

[pusbccfc]

No but the ref got sold on the late rolling around after the foul

I would love to be surprised hey but I'm not

[shmmeee]

FFS lads

[Deleted member 7943]

Glad we're approaching games still like we've just signed 17 frees and loans , gotta stay up boys every point counts

[procdoc]

Just can’t get the fucking basics right, I’m pissed off

[PVA]

The positive is we've looked ok defensively.

And we can't be this bad in the second half...

...can we?

[Ashdown]

Simms completely anonymous for the second game running…

[pusbccfc]

Armstrong

[SIR ERNIE]

Sakamoto is hugely effective at the CBS but struggles to make an impact away from home.
Think I'd swap him for another body in midfield.

[Paul Anthony]

Riding our luck here.

[Manchester_sky_blue]

That sounds like we need Allen and Palmer!l

Id have preferred Rudoni dropping back and Palmer on compared to this

Keep saying it but we would be mad to let either of them go at the moment

[fernandopartridge]

Can't even get the basics right but it is all stemming from Eccles but especially Torp hiding from the ball when Dovin or the centre backs have got it

[Northants Sky Blue]

Fucking hell. Get in level at HT and sort this out

[Nick]

Binks done then

[procdoc]

Simms completely anonymous for the second game running…

He’s had zero service, what do you expect?

[Deleted member 7943]

If they had a good striker they'd be winning 2-0

[shmmeee]

Simms completely anonymous for the second game running…

Doesn’t help when the ball never comes into our final third.

[AFCCOVENTRY]

Simms completely anonymous for the second game running…

Think we need BTA energy up front

[Nick]

Eccles gives it away again

[Hobo]

I think this is the worst game I have seen Eccles have? Torp looks like someone playing walking football.

[StrettoBoy]

We need to be much better in the second half. We often are, so I haven’t given up hope yet.

I think Robins needs to give his half time talks before the game starts

[Nick]

Think we need BTA energy up front

Pointless when we can't get the ball there

[Deleted member 7943]

Haji and Simms also been terrible

[pusbccfc]

Ref hahaha it's actually getting silly

[AFCCOVENTRY]

Stupid by Rudoni.

[Johnnythespider]

It's been a mistake ridden first half so far, the midfield all want too long on the ball, only bright spot is Wright who looks dangerous every time he's on the ball

[Brighton Sky Blue]

Just a carbon copy of the first half at Stoke this

[Jamesimus]

Haji and Simms also been terrible

Bit of a stretch to say Wrights been terrible tbh.
