I appreciate that.
But enjoy the Tory government you'll end up with instead.
I didn’t think it was acceptable to blame the voters or was I mistaken?

Yeah, that’s a fair point. I can very easily imagine a world where that is very possible. Why can't I help but feel that if he had the polls wouldn't look like that. It does feel that it's 'whatever they do, it's the wrong thing and they should have done the other'.
The fucking state of this
I agree, it's similar to those suggesting unrelated issues are a convenient distraction for BorisIt’s utterly batshit bollocks… only a complete fucking imbecile would link the two things together.
Jesus, what has this country become?

In Victorian times when most people had nothing they were far more valuable.
We could always level up. Ie close the inaquality gap. Reverse the trend of the rich getting richer while the poor get poorer. A fairer distribution of wealth is what needed. Not surprising with the fuel crisis and if you support public sector increases then it will add to the problem.
What a ridiculous notion. We could always level up. Ie close the inaquality gap. Reverse the trend of the rich getting richer while the poor get poorer. A fairer distribution of wealth is what needed.
I haven't had an inflation matching pay rise for years, but inflation has still gone upNot surprising with the fuel crisis and if you support public sector increases then it will add to the problem.

Yes, but the inflation currently is beyond control based on what's happening in Ukraine forcing everything up on the back of a lengthy furlough period protecting jobs. There is no magic nony tree, but surely if you're unhappy with your pay increases, youu could change jobs - I know from trying to recruit that it's certainly an employee's market out there at present.I haven't had an inflation matching pay rise for years, but inflation has still gone up

Well you don't like the current crop, so we need the salaries to represent what an important job they do and ensure it's attractive enough to encourage the next batch to aspire.Maybe MPs should have set an example and not accepted theirs
you know fuck all about economicsNot surprising with the fuel crisis and if you support public sector increases then it will add to the problem.
Bit like rail workers or refuse collection drivers, then?Well you don't like the current crop, so we need the salaries to represent what an important job they do and ensure it's attractive enough to encourage the next batch to aspire.

Customer service, £22-£24k (part time pro rata considered) and a pitiful response tbh. I've just appointed again for a role and hoping not to get gazumped as others have found out here recently. What are you recruiting for, and how much do you pay?
You know fk all about anything but stop you having a try. Bless.you know fuck all about economics
Would a wage/price spiral cause inflation to run out of control?
Treasury officials’ fear that rising pay in pursuit of rising prices will create a vicious circle may be unjustifiedwww.theguardian.com

Based on what?
I think it's fare to say this government has scant regard for public safety.
