Two not very good teams, but at least we showed a bit of enterprise every now and again. Derby were shocking. O’Hare belongs in a science museum, the guy is a freak of nature. He gets my MOTM with James not far behind. Pleased to see Biamou not looking like a competition winner, and Dabo back to his energetic self.

Wednesday look doomed and could still finish bottom. Birmingham are awful and Rotherham are riddled with disease. Whiskey time.

Had 2-0 but gladly lose a tenner. Max was the man today.... great 3 points.

We're 7th in the last 5 games form, which is where you want to be at this stage 7 points from last 15 available

Grendel , it’s Walker who is the problem. He’s lazy .. max put a shift in today because he was a lone worker . Chases back closes down and makes space for players coming through .
O’Hare and Hamer playing more forward in support. ( I mentioned this in a post last week ) .
let’s hope this continues and we will be well and truly safe #PUSB . Happy days

You asked me in the week how many agree with me about Max, have a look through today's thread. Almost everyone agreeing he was one of 2/3 best players today, maybe you could just be pleased for him today? He may not be a world-beater but he gives a lot and contributed a lot today.

I agree he was one if the best players today but it’s the 8 out of 10 games where he isn’t which get ignored which is the point - he last played like that against Rotherham

If and I know it's a huge IF, we can follow this up with a win at Rotherham, we'll have pulled up to the teams who were getting away and created a 9 point gap to the bottom 3. That would be HUGE!

I think 4 from the next 2 puts us in a good place, 6 would have be immense and probably induce a bit of play off talk from the more hysterical on here!

He's already setting up his bit for the next few hours possibly into tomorrow that he wasn't man of the match.

I mean he wasn't tbf, but who gives a shit.
It's stupid to respond to him really, he's looking for the responses and it's hard to resist sometimes. Grendel's negativity has made me like Max all the more. In the same way that he is really pissed off when he scores I feel extra pleased. Maybe he wasn't the best player for us but he a had a good game.

Guess we will be playing for a draw.
We'll just about match them, play a bit of nice football at times, never really trouble them too much - then fuck up horrifically at the back for at least one goal.
Repeat for every game left this season....
We're done.....

Another game we've got to win, so we won't. A game we bsolutely cannot afford to lose, so more than likely will. Play for the draw, make a horrendous mistake to gift a goal, and not be able to respond to it.
We will lose this.

Derby just got arse raped 4 nil, they'll come out fighting

Page 1 of this thread is a hell of a trip btw

Workmanlike performance. Max MOM for me but O’Hare and Fadz run him close. Not the best game but I’d settle for another 11 of those if we stay up

None of it really matters, 3 points and others losing is very good for us.

do we have to do this every week? Come on, we've had a great win, Max played well, (not MOTM for me but definitely one of the best performers), can't we just enjoy it? That's at you as well G @Grendel !!

If we can beat Rotherham we have one foot in the championship for next season

It's such an important season to stay up. We could lose at Rotherham (obviously don't want to) but it wouldn't be the end of the world, whereas if we'd have gone into that having lost today it would have felt awful. I thought before this 4 game sequence that 6 points was the benchmark. With Rotherham, Luton and Wycombe to go that should be achievable (and hoping for more now). Blues next couple of games will be crucial for them (Bristol City and Reading) as after that they have some horrible games.
