yep it’s just the silly errors at the back and inability to score that’s costing us, again. It certainly worries me so I guess I will go and have a massive piss on my bed 😂

I'm way ahead of you

Probably just me, but I expected us to lose this and I'm not actually that bothered. Hope I'm not losing interest.

No mate, that’s just sensible. Although if we’d have brought Baka and Bapaga on at HT and played 3–3-4 we would have won 5-1.

O'Hare collects runs striaght into Reading player and falls over, Reading player comes away with ball. Frustrating. It's just too often. Contribution has to be better. Running around all day looking busy is not working. Love the lad but he looks like he needs a rest and a refresh.

I hope that game puts a firework up their arses for Saturday. It’s more important we win that one than this one but we can’t get on a bad run of form and we especially can’t continue scoring nothing.

This is the worst I've seen our defence playing for a long time. Shambolic. Despite what some people say, I think we really missed Sheaf in the first 75 minutes.

I'd have started him, pushing Gus up - MR may have to have a word re: passing infield at the back. as the pitches are likely to be iffy for the next month or two. Play the percentages. Didn't expect anything tonight, but hoped - forget about it!

Max miss = unlucky
O’Hare miss = can’t finish

Apart from for Grendel who has it the other way round.

For what it's worth I think O'Hare, osti and biamou all missed chances we should be scoring. Should've had 3 or 4 tonight and got none. Meanwhile some shocking defending meant we could've let in 5.

Got closer to the goal in 20 mins than O'Hare has for the last 2500000 match minutes.

No he really didn’t and the fact that a 5 foot 7 inch midfielder has scored more headed goals this season that the selfie man who masquerades as a striker says all we need to know

The warning signs aren't enormous, we've scored more than several teams and are losing 3 nil away at a top 6 side but we could have scored 3... We aren't a poor side, we have a lack of quality in certain areas and that could take another couple of transfer windows to even properly address...

We don't have the money to fix it immediately

We look desperately poor in both boxes which is where games are won and lost. Our goals for column has only been disturbed once in several months

What a shit result albeit not surprising against a good team. We have now scored in just 1 of our last 7 games, and more worryingly in just 1 of our last 15 halves of football.

I'm not enjoying this anymore than you are.

Difference is I'm able to accept that they are much, much better than us and that we will lose many games this season and I can avoid making daft knee jerk reactions to it.
Funny, I thought that we’d already beaten them once this season, must have imagined it.

It's this 'not in the drop zone yet' when the warning signs are enormous that bothers me. Millwall giving us basically 2 own goals changes little.

why is it for some on here every decent result we have is down to some 'gift' and nothing to do with the team getting a deserved result?
What a joyless fucking existence some of you cunts lead.

Their commentator: 'Reading have bigger fish to fry than Coventry.'

He's not wrong, but more arrogant than Robins.

McFaz out puts us in a difficult spot now. I think a dressing room row or two might clear the air tonight. We began so well but looked disjointed so often. Shipley and not Sheaf? New signing straight in when Max has not been so bad. We are shot shy, and lack movement into the box. Team selection is critical now going forward.

We had tightened up alot, that's gone backwards in recent weeks again... With fadz out we mat have to go 4 atb, which in my opinion at this level is still the superior system and more balanced in attack and defense... We may now be forced to try something different
