Another centre midfielder and forward looking much needed in January.

Baka.. unfortunately wish him all the good will in the world, but he is a league, maybe 2 above his level here and we can't carry passengers at this level.

Was it Baka at fault for the goal. As looks like Osta is going mental at him

Bakas fault as far as defending the free kick, but I actually thought Osta didn't need to concede the foul, I might be wrong. I've only seen it once in real time and don't intend to watch it back.

I thought sheaf and Allen did OK but had no support from their wing backs for most of the game
Id agree with that, although pitch was crap for receiving a ball wide on the touchline. Thought Sam did ok, but (and I'm banging on about it) Fankaty needs a rest to recover to what we know he can be. Baka didn't disrupt their backline. I'd sooner have a Bapaga running at people ( if Baka can't cut it). What I don't accept is that MR didn't set up to try and win. All the ' attacking' posts wanted 2 up top. He did that. Walker got injured, Baka didn't perform, Max got battered ( literally) . None of that MR's fault.

I would much sooner have seen Giles start but besides that I don’t fault the selection

Don’t see what MR sees what Baka brings to the table to justify a place in the team for even half a game, he hardly touches the ball, lacks any aggression and never in position, he’s suppose to be a centre-forward ffs!
Max not good enough today either having them both on together was never going to work.

SISU stumping up a bit of cash for Robins to strengthen in January will be the difference in going down or staying up.
Think Boddy said on the CWR podcast that when Kelly was injured previously they got Walsh at Robins request even though their was no budget. Hopefully something similar will happen when the window opens.

We are certainly missing key players, and it shows.
But let’s not make excuses, we are a poor team without Hamer, Kelly and Goden.
Biamou, Bakayoko and Allen are way out of their depth, and O’hare is struggling to make an impact.
Add to that the fact that Ostigard, Mcallum , Giles and Sheaf are only on loan, and things start to look worrying.
And a glance at the bench shows a dangerous lack of quality.
Wednesday are odds on certs for the drop, and to say we were on par with them isn’t any comfort.
We desperately need to wheel and deal in January, or a bad run could see us in dire trouble.
Don't disagree, but you could take 3 players out of at least half of The Championship teams and say they are average/poor. Think January will be more about bulking up squads for a lot of teams. Keep Hamer fit and get Godden back and we'll be fine. Won't be easy, but we'll end up above Wycombe and Wednesday. Just one other team needed.

Not sure what game some of you just watched? OK I hate criticising our team and after a great run of games too. But there simply is no excuse for a shameful, weak performance today. Wednesday looked a beaten side after 10 minutes. We just needed to ramp things up. We didn't. We slid into a comfortable mood with the thought we would get a win out of it. That attitude got worse.
Criticising players is not too helpful but I'm getting tired of some players performances at times, even during that good run of results.
O'Hare just needs to stop falling on his arse so much, hold the all up, stop checking back and run forward. Allen offers barely anything, no tackle, sideways or back passing every time. McCallum has waned of late and Giles for me would provide a better outlet. Dabo less effective when we play more defensively and not brought into the game enough. We need a good midfielder who can pick a pass, a box to box player of better quality than what we have. Play him alongside the likes of Hamer and Kelly. A good loan would do the trick and we should look for that urgently. I just feel the team did not try hard enough today. What ever you say we had enough to beat them today and came away with nothing. That attitude has to change. No excuse regardless of the previous 8 games.

Why is there no budget ? I don’t expect much more than a loan or two but for Boddy to suggest we are skint I don’t buy it we have had over £6million in tv fees, a kick back from the Callum Wilson transfer to Newcastle add to that some of the assistant money hand outs, as I said I wouldn’t expect us to be going round splashing thousands but to be skint don’t accept that either.

Because we have zero matchday ticket income all season

We have just made it a bit harder. Can’t do anything about it now so just got to hope for a response next weekend. But they were 100% there for the taking and we have given them a huge boost

Baka should never play for the club again. Seen enough, now fuck off. Rather put Bapaga on and give him a chance. Even if it's just to gain experience. Like playing with 10 men with that useless lazy prick. The bloke is thick AF and obviously can't take instructions. Hope Fadz knocks him out in the dressing room.

Decent? Every time he’s come on he’s been a bit like a dog up the park chasing the ball around the pitch
Not sure about DaCosta yet he’s only had bit part games, I assume Dabo had a bit of a knock to come off but I don’t see DaCosta getting many starts at full back unless MR has other ideas for Dabo.

Wilson had a decent game apart from that admittedly sloppy pass out but would have got away with it but for a daft foul and awful defending from the free-kick, your description of Wilson as our “back up” keeper illustrates your bias.
Is he not our back up keeper?????

I said he has played v well during this period in the post you quoted

Seriously what the he'll makes you think i dislike him????

This is not a new issue either. Our results away vs Bottom 6 in Robin's full seasons since his return:
