What's happened to him he wouldn't have scored in a brothel with us but moves to Bristol and is banging them in?

If he was still playing for us I don't think he would have 12 goals scored with another 7 or 8 games to go?

Maybe they are passing the ball to him on the floor instead of aiming high useless balls in the air and expecting him to hold it up for 5 minutes while we get up to support him

Yup steve is right

I always thought he was capsble but didnt spply himself s d would rather fall over and play slow rather thsn sprint likr he clearly can

Seems it was robins jolding him bsck

Ssme hsppens with baka. If he doesnt win headers hes not in game at all

Prob explains why chaplin dropped quickly from number 9 role

Are we still doing that?

However we got the ball to him he'd fall over and claim it was a foul.

That’s just another fallacy though isn’t it. The truth is fans for s long time at the club have had perceptions of some players and it sticks. He replaced Biamou and that’s that as Max puts a shift in and smiles a lot.

Anyone with half a brain could see that clarke Harris was by a country mile the best centre forward at the club. Admittedly it’s not a difficult thing to achieve.

The biggest issue and question is why the obvious ability was not fully harnessed here. However people’s attempts to big up the likes of Bakayoko is really just laughable. He’s never going to be a good enough player - yesterday he at least worked hard in the first half but second half they tightened up and that was that.

As for hiwula there’s no point in staring threads about knowing nothing about football if you think he’s rubbish as 95% of the time he is.

He banged them in for us when he first arrived back also. It will be interesting to see if he can continue doing that but his time with us suggests he won’t. Good luck to him whatever.

7 goals in 8 games is that now for JCH strange isn’t it definitely style of play Robins didn’t get the best out of him similar story with Ogogo.

Very strange I didn't see that in him while he was here

One of the reasons he is scoring is Bristol basically are playing a 442 which obviously suits him.

Sometimes a fresh start is all that is needed. I don’t rate JCH but i am suprised to see his form at present.

play to his strengths and he will score also he is getting more opportunities to score at Bristol Rovers unlike here he probably got 1 or 2 chances! give a player enough opportunies in a match and they will score im afraid MR's tactics will only produce a few opportunities so we would need a 1 in 3 striker to achieve that which we had in McNullty.
Anyhow JCH is doing ok for now eventually he will get his shitty head on and revert to type when things dont go his way i heard that he was a bit disruptive in the dressing room. Just hope he loses it against us by trying too hard, might have a bet on him being sent off

Bakayoko is probably the worst forward I have seen here and there’s been some shit over the last 50 years. Has no attributes for a centre forward and who ever scouted him needs identitying. The three forwards purchased for over £1m this season have been tripe except the odd good thing. There certainly not the type of player to get us out this division.

I wouldn't be quite as extreme as you, but I did wonder why JCH went. better days(? apols if not them!) had hinted that Viveash didn't rate him, so off he went. Personally, I'd have kept him - to the end of this season, at least.

It should have been written in the deal that neither JCH or Ogogo couldn’t play against us this season we are very weak if we haven’t as team have done it to us in the past.

Goal every 6 games at his previous 7clubs. So congratulations to Graham Coughlan on being the first manager to work out how to play to his strengths
