What kind of wages would we be offering him could we match a league one wage?

There are various ways of doing it
For example a basic on par with the likes of Doyler plus a large additional payment per appearance
So the club wouldn't be stuck with huge expense if he was injured or out of the team for other reasons
He'd also get the win and draw bonuses together with a large additional payment that all squad members would get if we win promotion
All the squad want promotion and know our main problem is the lack of a goal scoring number 9. Unless we find a solution none of them will get their promotion bonuses so it can be sold to the squad without causing jealousy
There are lots of ways to make it work

Stuart Beavon is following Craig on twitter and vice versa now.

I know they used to have sex, cos when I was younger I used to hear the bed creak.

Only trouble was, we used to have to share a bedroom with them and I was 27 at the time.

I was always assumed you were an "immaculate conception"

Be interesting if Robins pulls this one off.

Interesting that he struck up quite a partnership this season with Russell Slades top target last January in Eion Doyle who opted to join Portsmouth on loan instead.

Hes playing today up front for Oldham looks unlikely they would let him go if he's starting for them

Apparently a registration issue prevented their new forward who recently signed being included
Oldham seem to be in a bit of a mess and need players to go out to avoid sanction under FFP regulations

Pretty much every signing that Robins has made has been under the radar, so I wont get my hopes up.
Guess the only thing we have to cling on to is the fact that Beavon and Davies have started following each other on Twitter.

If they have only just done it now, why? As they have previously played together, why not before?

Anyone actually looked at his records? At first glance there hit and miss, not great reading at all.
Had some good spells at clubs others it's looking like it's not worked.

However look into it and it's quite good, at clubs he's not appeared to have scored many at he's been used as a sub which obviously makes goals per appearance figures look poor, but his starts per goal ratio is much healthier.

Certainly looks a good experienced signing if it happens, tho not the final piece of the jigsaw many think is all we need.
