Why you continue with this nonsense I don't know. Haskell was never buying the club. In fact, in the end, the council tried to encourage him to bid for ACL - he then legged it realising no one else was bidding (though they probably were) - face it he's just another Byng.

Who in their right mind would have bid for the arena unless they had a sporting team to take it over? They would have had a battle with SISU which would have been an expensive one. And SISU wouldn't have brought us home still. They would have continued to try and get it for next to nothing. So then you would have had to look for someone else to play there. Then you would have got all the shit that CCC have got.
