Extremely deep and everything long again so far. Few early Wycombe long balls pushed us back and now they're getting it down and playing in the spaces it's left.

Our passing is hesitant because of the lack of simple forward options, caused by how deep we are. Full backs haven't had anywhere near the licence to get forward as they had in the home games. Sterling does get forward and it's our best move of the game followed by Mason getting forwward on the left and Hiwula just offside after a clever pass from Chaplin.

We had one like it about 15 years ago, but it was Orange.

Used to wear it when I played in goal with the thought it might put the opposition off.

The accuracy of Kelly's forward passing is such an asset in this set up. Our kids are starting to flex their muscles a bit: Sterling, Thomas, Chaplin - too quick in thought and ground speed for this Wycombe team. Need to utilise that more.
