They’ve only lost 1 of their last 7 in the league. People being a bit blindsided by their performance the other night I think. Went to Boro and got a good point. I think we will win but a draw wouldn’t be the end of the world

Can see lamps throwing a spanner in the works with team selection ahead of another 3 game week. Playing on the Friday has fell nicely for us.

You’d think if we were going to rest people it would be Tuesday, at home, team lower in the league, halfway between the two. Does feel like our alternate starting XI is more of an away side though.

Agreed, from relegation back in 2001, it was a state of managed decline. I fell into this category but was also at uni in those dark days. Seen Marcus Tudgay and Sam Ricketts doing my shopping (we had Morecambe away in the cup) and genuinely couldn't care.

In fairness to myself, as soon as I back in Cov, got a ST (even if under utilised) so distance was a big factor in my disillusionment.
