Hate losing to that mob. Lampard has to earn his keep now by making it a blip not a trend and winning midweek.

let’s calm down everyone. Gutted to lose and to them but it was going to happen. We’d have taken this start at the beginning yeah?

we’ll be fine. It’s probably one of those nights. Let’s put it right Tuesday!

Ah one defeat and some tremendous bed wetting! Ffs.

we lost, so what….missing 5 first team starters., away from home, not end of world.

any team missing 3/4 first choice defence will struggle. Wolf and KKh very rusty. Tats outstanding. Bta (reverting to type) wright - mecurial

we have to end this 4 up top effectively- FL will have to make a call on who to leave out for extra midfielder. We need more control.

On we go to Tuesday. Enjoy the ride.

Not many players came away with credit last night but Tats was easily our MOTM probably followed by Rushworth or EMC. KKH solid too.

Bidwell, Kitch and Woolf all horribly poor and Wright was anonymous ….

I think we learnt that the players who came in were not as good as the regulars. That is where Franks 10% went.
Bidders not as good as JDS, KKH not as good as MVE and Wolfie had a nightmare.
Kitch was an inch from clearing their first goal but played him on.
Three players coming in who had hardly any minutes really showed.
Thought Tatsu was fouled for their third goal.
Clearly, Eccles and Torp are not match fit.
I suspect there may be a bug going around as so many players looked lethargic and it wasn't Wrexham being good. When was the last time you saw BTA not put a shift in this season?
It was a foul on Tats for the third. I thought he had just been out muscled but Sky brought it up after the game and showed the replay.

It was wank. We were missing 5 of a first choice 11, it was just a bit too much for us. I'm assuming most of those will be back Tuesday, I don't want to see Allen starting in that midfield. Big game against the Blunts, I'm sure Lamps will have them ready.

We were hopelessly overrun in midfield in the second half and Wrexham deserved the win.
They have a strong squad, full of solid, proven quality players at this level. They'll settle into the season and become genuine top six contenders.

We’re a high intensity goal scoring team. Having five defenders plus Allen and Eccles on the bench just isn’t viable.

We pla high intensity football. These will not be the last injuries we have this season. People need to stop coping and accept we needed more transfers in in the summer if we want an autos push. Doug is great blah blah blah but this squad isn’t up to an autos push.

Slept on it…

No team in this league can have 5 of their best 11 out and expect to just roll over every team.

Continuity has been our advantage at the start of the season, 3 of your back 4 dropping out of the team in one game is not continuity.

Most of them will be back for Tuesday hopefully and we’ll look a different beast.

They've said they'll be money available in January.
No way we'll get the wish list you put up last night but there will be reinforcements

If you think we’re one or two short you’re going to be in for a surprise. Two forwards and a CM is the bare minimum and unless Brau starts looking like a footballer a LB too.

We still had enough in squad available to win last night. Definately should nitvhave lost.

Questions have to asked about the set up.

Half the forum insisting our midfield was better than theirs pre match 🤣
Our midfield has been non existent for weeks. Hopefully Torp back in the fold changes that. And I think currently Eccles over Allen. The midfield is the heart of our issues, if we carry on like this we will drop like a stone.

We got away with it against Watford, Blackburn (maybe Pompey, can't comment as I completely missed this one) because they were gash up top. If we come up against a team with any quality at all and we will be found out.

Easy to say this when you’re not the one that has to tell the leagues top scorer you’re not playing him or not playing him centrally.

Our pressing has dropped off recently. Maybe not surprising as it must be very hard to do over a long period with a smaller squad. That was key to our great start.

It's not what I think, it's reality, no way we're signing 5 or 6 players, absolutely no chance.

Agreed. We only want to buy the right player and they come at a cost - we haven’t that much cash!

If we haven’t got enough to make some signings after selling our captain and on the brink of a PL windfall we should probably just give up.

Money isn’t an issue we’re were bidding eight figures in the summer.

Just took a look at their forum..made me feel sick.

They comparing Obrian to prime kante.

Well and truly lost midfield battle to ask Asante to sit in is a terrible mistake.

He's Been at his best all season playing wide. Looks t his goals. Then drifting in.

Lampaard really got the best out of No one with that set up.

Parkinson saw it.

Coukd see Matty James , Sheaf and Obrian laughing all game ..what a walk in the park...as our front 4 pathetically were none existent and schooled by their temporary back 3.bypassed all game.

Might as well have played with 7 players.

Harsh on Sakamoto. He was brilliant last night, and worked his nuts off defensively.
