Why can't Sisu accept a temp rent deal (1 Viewer)

No, sisu winning the JR won't see them getting The Ricoh on their terms. If ACL have to pay back the loan, then there is nothing stopping them from going out and getting a loan from elsewhere albeit on worse terms.

Even if ACL go tits up the council own the freehold and have control of who gets the leasehold. If ACL were to go in to admin or up for sale there's nothing stopping another company buying them out.

Yeah and the sad part is all that could take two more seasons, two more seasons that we're away from Coventry.

It can be proven that they weren't forced out of the Ricoh.

If we're waiting for a JR when the 'truth will out', how come this is now down as 'proven' whereas dubious looking mails are classified as 'wait and see'?

Explain to me how they were forced out then.

They never paid the rent on a legally binding contract. They never took up offers to return. TF made out that no offers were made, even after an offer was made through the FL. And the part of CCFC that did have the right to play at the Ricoh is being liquidated.
