He has to stay! It's like defending a title.. you can't just win something and then walk away. Win it defend it and you're a proper champ!!
He might say I’ve done my job and so off to the next challenge? I hope that history doesn’t repeat itself with JH leaving after getting us promoted to the top flight

Though to be fair we did manage to stay up for 35 years after JH left!

But that's not completing the job.. Nico Rosberg didn't have the courage to stick around and defend his title.. didn't want to lose.. not defending his title was cowardly.. I think Lampard will relish the challenge...

Bournemouth job aside (which would probably ideal as the next stepping stone (established PL side/location/less fan pressure), I think it would have to be a settled mid table team. I don't think the big teams will risk their CL ambitions until he's established himself in the PL/ If we stay up, then all bets are off.
Except it isn't really (Bournemouth) IMO.
