Technically it is not in the court system yet. It's an investigation by an administrative body. If either party objects to the findings then it goes into the legal system as it falls under the European Court of JusticeCan someone clear 2 things up for me.
Why isn't the EU court process thing considered legal action?

WASPs have always come across as the good guys when they talk, the problem they have is they exploited a dispute between a local autority and a football club over an asset that they should never have been able to buy..... One day when the NDA is broken it will be clear why they are vultures and why they are as bad as what SISU are said to be, something i believe there not but the truth has always been twisted to make out what they are like. With the 2 new MPs fresh from the politics backing new stadium move and a return to the city shows there is a change on whats right for the city and that may be different....
The club is in the middle of all of this. We are just the pawn in the games played by Sisu, Wasps and CCC.Let the mudslinging games begin.
