the owners / wasps got rid of about 60% of our gate receipts by moving to BHM and the pandemic in march has now got rid of the other 40%.

Public debt = private surplus in any case, not sure why all these tories want to take money out of the private sector but that's me. Who needs solid investments for pension funds and the like?

Well. No one knows where the funding is going yet? Rugby Union has a big structure and many levels to support.

The annoying thing for most Rugby fans is in recent years the RFU has spunked their 60 million emergency fund on overspends in recent years - corporate extentions at Twickenham and England Tours. One England tour the overspend was more than what the tour should have cost as a whole. Knowing the RFU they will bag most of it for themselves.
