Scenario 2 means we end up with sisu as owners in perpetuity as nobody will pay their asking price for a club without a stadium.

That is a different matter. Currently we just need to know we can play games at the CBS.

Also regarding the pitch. It ends up cost neutral to us. We put in upfront costs which means the rent is reduced to compensate. Balances out.

Boddy - This has been combined with the Club providing initial finance for the pitch improvements, though overall we will not pay any additional costs on top of our rent agreement at the Arena.

Hopefully the agreement is in writing.

It is still 6 figures of cash flow up front.

I presume it is otherwise Sisu wouldn’t have sanctioned it.

Not as worried now. Same sort of thing as before.

Just have to see if we are still on that page at the end of December......

Guess it isn't helping having to pay silly money for the game to be on yesterday too.

Nonsense it’s purely a SISU/Boddy cock up and we should all add it to our reasons to be hysterical on a Sunday.

While I won't pretend to understand the majority of what's going on, if Wasps are saved now surely they can't be looking to still play here? Everything in the last few years has pointed to there being absolutely no appetite for a hobo rugby team in a 30000-seater so it must be their best chance for a rebirth somewhere they'd make sense

What about their training ground though?

To be honest I'd rather a couple of games away a points deduction and a fine or whatever comes our way if it eventually means that we have further ambitions that treading water in this leage.

Still pathetic

A championship club with record ST and merch sales cant afford to pay its tax liabilities because we had to pay a couple of hundred K for pitch repairs

We're an embarrassment

Gilbert - I’ll be on @BBCCWR at 7.15am tomorrow to go over the latest on what I expect will be a very busy day

Simon has also confirmed the bid for Wasps is for the playing side only and not ACL.

So you're saying because you heard a rumor you're just going to say it's made up?

So in reality we have loads of expected costs because of wasps so entered a payment plan which will be paid off.

Agreed. If we need to play elsewhere for a couple of games while someone dots the i's and crosses the t's its hardly the worst thing that's happened the this club.

Mad really , especially sunderland kind of hoped they'd have moved onto Burnley now that they apparantly hoyed piss and shit into their fans .. couldn't give a fuck about blues opinion of us tbh , they were paid handsomely for us to play there as our finances showed , so not arsed what they think

Both clubs have horrible fans who are both delusional and have massive chips on their shoulders from being inferior in every way to their biggest rivals. Their opinions are irrelevant.

To be fair they’ve communicated the best they can with the game yesterday and planning for Tuesday. We will know once acl is in Admin tomorrow if Sisu are bidding. They can’t publicly say anything on that yet.

No I just don’t take at face value what people say to try and make a situation look better than it is.

We said we had a deal to get the pitch relaid which wasn’t in any agreement at all was it?
