Then those people need to organise and make changes and not expect people who they have been insulting for years to spin on a dime and do whatever they say shouldn’t they?
Or those people need to realise they don’t need the trust because they already have a modern active platform for fans that could be used to organise a better fans voice with blackjack and hookers.
Or they need to accept they can’t be arsed with all of that and get what they are given. That’s life.

Maybe that's why they get ridiculed in the first place and they wouldn't if they weren't so shady?

Do you really have to do what they says. You can create a larger organisation than them and claim to represent more ccfc fans than the trust. Bowing to fossils like Supporters United isn't the way to go.

Maybe their dad isnt / wasn't heavily involved with the organisation being ridiculed while they try to defend it so much they look silly?

I’m going to make a serious point here.

I think genuinely the moderators should perhaps enforce a break from here for shmmeee his posting has become very erratic and contradictory over the last couple of weeks - he can’t handle the feedback and seems to be bordering on something in my view.

Emailed them I think. Didn’t get my pound back.

Push comes to shove, do a GDPR request to delete your info.

Me: one point throughout the entire thread

You: Muslims! Working hours! Your family! Some bloke on the board! Crayon eater! DHS jockey!

Also you: you are so eratic (I’m guessing you meant erratic, but I am just a simple crayon eater so you probably know best)

Erm, most of your posts in this thread. They are weirdly desperate.

My tactics? You know what I have offered to help the Trust with then? Seemingly you have no idea, funny really that it happens, it does when people mention the council too.

2bf @shmmeee isnt defending the trust - he’s basically said try and get on board or stop moaning.

Whilst I get his point, I don’t agree it’s that simple. It’s not as proven by nicks offer to help

He’s said multiple times they’re not fit for purpose.

The point is, people have offered to get on board and help.

They have no interest in communicating with their members, why's that?

Why won't Neil or CJ answer basic questions about what they said to Wasps or the EFL on behalf of the Trust members? Why won't anybody mention the whole Hoffman stuff with Wasps where the Trust were also involved?

I agree. Shmeees view in my eyes is too simplistic.

But he’s effectively give up on the trust for the same reasons you’re saying.

we’ve got to continue the CWR offensive. And whoever tagged Stephen Vaughan in Neils comments about the wall was a good idea.

We need to forceably engage the trust in this. I get the feeling the Telegraph is starting to sweat on its relationship with wasps. They’re not critical but that wall article wouldn’t have made the telegraph 6 months ago

It's all well and good giving up on the Trust but they will still be rolled out misleading and doing PR for other parties like they did the other week.

It wasn't really an article about the wall, it was a copy and paste of his tweet and left at that.

Not “on board” on THE board. I genuinely thought you guys were going to do it until you bottled it at the last minute. Offering the existing people who are not doing what you want web design help isn’t trying to change the direction of the Trust.

“They” are the membership. If there’s a majority who think like you you should be able to organise a campaign to change the Trust from within. If there’s not then you should be able to leave and organise your own group. Trust status literally only matters legally when it comes to ownership issues and being part of SD as far as I know. If all you want is a voice in the media, you have the power.

Yeah, that’s where the disagreements come in. It’s their contacts I’ve emailed FSA for complaints procedure but received nothing.

the copy and paste tweet section is a start - like I said, wouldn’t have been in the paper 6 months ago

Nick doesn’t have the power though - if sky blues talk ever got into the media, CWR will be first to rubbish it and the trust will be wheeled out to say it’s a load of bollocks from extreme Coventry fans with links to SISU

Because they’re the only game in town and they’ve become known since the Golden Share bollocks when they actually had some relevance. I’ve seen coverage and quotes from other groups so it’s clearly possible.

What have you done to get an opposing view on the media?

What have I bottled, exactly? Here you are making more shit up.

That's the mistake they are making, those couple of individuals and Lionel Bird and the other string pullers aren't the membership they speak on behalf of.

Again, which members voted for Tim Kalns to be on the board?

You only have to look at the wasps protest - the sky blues trust did a last minute announcement of it before immediately distancing themselves from it.

they effectively said it’s a load of crap, but it’s pro CCFC so we’ve been pressured to announce it

but yeah - 2bf it’s worth a try. It’s already started. Pete in the radio

Erm, they were relevant then because they were working with ACL and Haskell.

They have no interest in listening to the members they claim to represent.

Again. I have no fucking clue who Tim Kalns is.

Oh God I forgot you can’t understand nuance. By you I didn’t literally mean you I meant the collective of SBT posters who whine about the Trust at every opportunity but refuse to do anything to change or nullify them.
