Walsall right back in this. Poor half for us so far

Bit of a different game this half.

Both Bayliss and Thomas a bit quiet and we are letting them come at us more. They have had a couple of chances and tested Burge.

Have Walsall changed something and we've not reacted?

Thomas wins a foul by literally diving out the way of a tackle to not get wiped out

It isn't necessarily us letting the opposition back in it, both teams might change the way they play, a home team behind at home is always going to push on

We aren't winning the midfield battle.
Bayliss hasnt really had the ball at all.

JCH is coming on. Will he bring off Chaplin now and try and get JCH to hold it up?

Burge comes running out, ball gets knocked round him, takes out the player outside the box and gets a booking.

Unusually negative for you! Don't think it's that bad. We're just a little too deep and Walsall have come out like a team 1-0 down. Needs early changes today. Jch on would be my choice, Doyle on at 80.

JCH for Chaplin. I guess he is going to try and keep the ball in their half and use JCH to defend.

Thomas tackles their player and gets a neck slam to take him out but no foul.

I don't normally get angry with refs, really tough job and they're usually just a bit shit rather than actively bias but this fella has my blood boiling.

He is missing everything. Need to keep our heads though before Bayliss or Thomas get sent off.

Let JCH take a yellow to wipe one of theirs out.

Double sub for them.

Shipley looks like he's tiring rapidly too. Still running hard but decision making/execution dropping off. Might need to change him too.

Bakayoko was well in but Shipley did a shot / cross / pass again. A simple pass to his feet and he is in on goal.

Not much. I'd put Bayliss wide and bring Ogogo on now, with Kelly off for Doyle on 80.

2 Jack Grimmer Sub
15 Dominic Hyam Sub
8 Michael Doyle Sub
16 Abu Ogogo Sub
18 Jonson Clarke-Harris 63' Sub
11 Jordy Hiwula-Mayifuila Sub

Bakayoko with a good run but scuffs his shot well wide.

We get it back and Bakayoko plays shipley in but he shoots at the keeper.

Sterling does well to win the ball in the box and get it away. Good battling!

Huge chance for Shipley. We need to take these

Good run from behind the ball player by him tho. We need that attacking intent

Good covering then, Davies tries a back header to burge but it wasnt going to reach him. Sterling nipped in to clear it before their player was through on goal.

Would be nice to get a 2nd just to stop them banging on about the foul on Cook not given in the 1st half.

Burge nearly does a Burge again, comes storming out and the player puts it over him but Sterling clears for a corner.
